Papa Johns Pizza

We moved to Corona recently and it took us a long time to find our pizza spot, and what a surprise to find out that we are a papa John's family lol From the first time we've ordered here the food is always good, is quickly delivered, and everyone is nice. I always want to call them and say thanks for making my food so tasty haha.Thanks to the Norco Papa John's team! Our family loves y'all lol

Ordered their 2 large pizza 2 topping pizza, bread sticks, and drink special. Everything was good and well made! There was only one guy working in there and his customer service was great!

What happppened to papa John's ?! Ordered a pizza & wings and wow was I disappointed. Should've just ordered a $5 hot n ready.

The employees are so rude here, as I walked in all 3 of them avoid eye contact with me and I was ignore for a few minutes. The restaurant was empty and I was wondering why go to work and behave like this. Customers is who pay their wages don't they understand that. I ended up walking out and ordered next door.

I ordered online, used an app to get a discount code and paid with paypal credit because my bank account is in the negative. I arrive to pick up the order and they said they were out of salad (which is one of the items I ordered). So, they said they would credit me back for the salad but instead canceled the entire order. Then they asked me to pay again using another method. When I explained the situation they told me to go and order again using my paypal credit... all while my food is sitting there getting cold. I walked out. This place sucks

Ordered pizza today on the papa John's app and they automatically had DoorDash as a delivery driver. Never received my order and it's been an hour and half. Called the DoorDash gentleman and he stated that papa John's said someone else picked up my order. I never received my order so I call papa John's to see what is going on and now they want me to wait over an hour to remake my order. Then I have to wait for DoorDash to pick it up again. Papa John's couldn't rush my order due to the error and put me back of the line again. Never will order again.

i ordered some pizza from this place and it delayed my orders 4 times. It's been 2 hours and I still haven't gotten my order. I started the order at 7 PM and it's almost 9:30 PM

Thinnest crust pizza in history!That might be nice if I wanted the thinnest, dryest crust in history, but I just wanted a regular crust pizza and I got something that was more like a dried out store-flour tortilla with toppings on it. We ordered a heart shaped pizza and this is what we got ( if I can get this darn photo to load) it was a bit like cardboard.The cheese was fine. The topping was finebut this crust was just unthinkable... I'm not going to order from them again.

Just received our pizzas delivered. Order was wrong. Worst pizza I have EVER eaten. If I could rate it a zero I would! Tastes like cardboard. You people at Papa John's need to do better. I threw out the pizza and will never buy from them again.

I have never had a problem with this franchise till today, I reordered from the app (so it isn't my first time getting this kind of pizza) i ordered 2 pizzas and to my surprise when I got home was that they both came missing the jalapeño and also didn't have extra ranch like i asked on the app, it also came very burnt and hard. very disappointed that 50 dollars just got wasted like that. and how none of the workers alerted me that there were no jalapeños or anything.
