Papa Johns Pizza

We love papa John's. My kids eat a pizza about once a week. However today the pizza was bit over cooked. Normally the pizzas are just fine. I called the store to report it and Mario was apologetic understanding and offered to send a new pizza out right away. I even offered to give the overcooked ones to the delivery driver and he said they can't take the food but he wanted to make sure our order was correct.Mario as a pregnant mom with two kids under 4 I appreciate you making sure we were taken care of. This will be my quick meal fix lol until my kids can cook themselves. Great job hiring this employee!

This review should have been done quite some time ago and I appologize for that. On, July 4th, I ordered a delicious pizza from Papa Johns. Shout out to them.However, this review is really all about Duy, the delivery person. He is definitely someone special. Not only did the pizza arrive in good shape, it was still warm. But the most impressive thing about my delivery is that Duy personally hand wrote a thank you card (with candy) and attached it to the pizza box. It brought a smile to my face and an experience I will always remember. Thank you Duy for your extra effort and kindness. It meant so much to me. Susan L.

it was ok kinda dry but bot horrible. it was a deal 2 large for like 25 bucks I think.

Quick service I just think the pizza could use more cheese like fill it not just what it seemed to be half way, but that's just my preference. Over all it was good just not memorable like when it hits the spot.

I went in today and found out that they were under new management and was happy with the service and food I received. I got the cinnamon pull apart with icing and it was sooo good. The lobby was clean and organized as well. Thank you guys!

Low quality at the moment.What's going on guys? You guys gave me dehydrated peppercinis and whatever mysterious vine this is. (Check the pix.) Pizza tastes alright. At least the delivery came in a timely matter. Gracias delivery dude. Good bang for your buck? Hmm, low to mid. I would feel more confident at Sam's Club.If you want some higher quality pizza, go to a local place like NYPD off of Cajalco or Duomo pizza at Dos lagos. If you want McDonald's level pizza go to this Papa John's because that's what it has become.

This is in regard to the Papa John's at 2310 California Ave, Corona.Poor customer service - they have not refunded me a double billing.I paid with credit card over the phone. When the delivery driver (Door Dash - which Papa John's contracted with, I did not) arrived he told me this was a cash upon delivery pizza. I told him I had already paid but he said Door Dash didn't have that information. I paid, since I wanted the pizza and immediately called Papa John's and told them the problem. They agreed I had paid twice, once to them and once to Door Dash. They said they would fix the problem and credit my credit card. Two days later my credit card was still charged (no longer pending). I called again and he remembered my problem and said it was a Door Dash problem (again, PJ's used Door Dash, not at my request) but he would talk to the manager and maybe the owner to figure this out and they would contact me.Actually, this would be a very easy to fix - just credit my credit card for the $22.50 instead of having me to call back numerous times to try to fix a mistake either Papa John's made, or Door Dash (who Papa John's contracted with) to refund me the double charge.Plus, the pizza was not very good. I've used them before with the Shaqaroni - which was great, but this pepperoni, sausage and tomato pizza was subpar, very dry. I definitely will not use them again.

Evidently, it's numerous to give customers the middle finger . It's not an accident, someone thinks it's funny or hates thier job.
