We're new to the area and we're looking for a spot with good pasta. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and my daughter requested the lasagna. The lasagna was actually so good, I wish I would've ordered that myself but instead I got a pasta that lacked so much flavor. The chicken was seasoned nicely but the pasta had no flavor and barely any sauce. I saw a picture on uber eats of the pasta and that's why I ordered it. I paid about $60 with tip at the restaurant because I'd rather support the restaurant directly but tbh I could've just paid the $62 on uber eats and had it delivered. We got a side salad with our pasta and the ranch is really good, I'm sure delicious with their pizza. Idk what happened with the fettuccine but I added salt and my own parmesan cheese and it still wasn't good. The sauce needed so much more love for sure for this order. I hate to say this but I could've had a better alfredo sauce at olive garden.I'd come back for the lasagna and to try their pizza but I wouldn't order the fettuccine if this is how it's prepared. 1 star for the lasagna1 star for the good ranch 1 star for good customer service -1 star for the fettuccine alfredo-1star for the value and quality I got for the price

After a long day of fun with friends, we were starving and searched all over Yelp for a good pizza spot. We landed on Papa G's because of the stellar reviews--and it did not disappoint! We had no idea this gem was right by our house. I was a bit worried since we arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and often when places are about to close, the staff can be a bit rushed or rude. But that was not the case here. The owner welcomed us in with open arms, making us feel right at home.I wish I had taken pictures of our meal, but we were too excited to dig in. Everything looked so delicious! We ordered the meat lovers pizza, while our friend got wings and Alfredo pasta. Let me just say, this is the best Italian food I've ever had. I've been to Little Italy in San Diego, and no place there holds a candle to Papa G's. The hospitality was also unlike anything I've ever experienced.Papa G himself came over to chat with us, sharing his passion for food, and even showed us pictures of the mouthwatering items on the menu. Something he said really stuck with me: they're always experimenting with their dishes because they would never serve something they don't absolutely love. He even gave us some meatballs to try, which were incredible, and was so kind throughout our entire visit. To top it all off, his son gave our friend's 2-year-old a dollar to get a little toy from one of the vending machines.Thanks to Papa G's, we had the best night ever, and they've definitely won a customer for life. I can't wait to come back and try more from the menu!

Boy oh boy. The food is delicious. We got one deep dish jalapeño & pepperoni pizza. I wanted to eat the whole thing. Then we got a combo and one with chicken, that was more for my parents but still good. The large size could feed a family of like 6. The service was immaculate. Our delivery boy was so sweet, his name is Mando. 10/10 would recommend.

If you are looking for a local pizza spot with great food and great customer service, Papa G's is all you need. I actually found this gem on Yelp while searching for pizza in my area. My first time ordering from here was last month. I had a thin crust pepperoni and an order of chicken fettuccine; it did not disappoint. Yesterday, I ordered a thin crust with pepperoni, black olives, and mushrooms ; it was delicious . The pizza yesterday was so good that I doubled back for another one today. Today, I went with a thin crust Margarita pizza and added pepperoni. Sheesh, I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before popping open the box and snagging a piece! Papa G's is definitely serving authentic pizza and much more! Highly Recommended!
