I've walked past this restaurant several times over the years, but I had never tried it. My sister wanted to try their Salmon Caesar Wrap and I got the Alfredo Linguine (no meat). We ordered to go and the blonde girl at the register was so kind, patient, and helpful even though it was busy!. She brought our go orders to the table we were waiting at instead of just calling us to the register. So customer service was great. As for the food... to be honest, I didn't really have high expectations. After all, I got pasta at a panini/kabob place. Lemme tell you- I was blown away. I'm not exaggerating when I say the pasta is one of the best I've had at a restaurant. It was fresh and still warm 30 mins later. My sister also really liked her wrap! I'm glad we ended up going here. One constructive criticism- the menu on Google has incorrect pricing. When we went to pay, it was about $4-$5 more each. It was a bit disappointing, but it's not like it's the employees' fault so there was no point in complaining about it. I still would suggest that correct prices are updated online.

To keep it short, the food was underwhelming--bland and not worth the $65 for two, this included two chicken kabob meals and a platter with hummus, pita bread, and other appetizers on the menu. While our waitress was kind, the overall service was lacking (3/10). If you're looking for authentic Mediterranean flavors, I highly recommend PAPA FETA in Temecula, Ca--it's well worth the drive!Had this been my first experience with Mediterranean cuisine, I might have been discouraged from trying it again. Fortunately, I know what true Mediterranean food should taste like, and unfortunately, this place just misses the mark on flavor.

The food is good but the service is horrible. I asked to split a panini and salad because we don't want any left overs since we were going to do some shopping. They brought me an extra plate and I said in the past we had 2 plates with salad. So I was asked if I wanted the $4 split- yes please. She went to our waiter and he came back and said I asked you if you wanted the $4 split and I said no you didn't. He argued that he did pretty loudly. I'm sorry but you don't call your customer a liar Then someone was sat next to us and told the person thank you, this employee didn't even turn around and kept walking. I'm hey left her sitting there for 10-15 minutes without even bringing her water. We had actually stopped coming about a year ago because of the bad service but we thought we would give it a chance. Unfortunately, we will not be back and I don't recommend it unless you don't care about service.

I know from prior experience that the food here and at other locations is quite good, and more importantly, consistent. Service, however, is not, hence the 3.5* rating, but not high enough to round up to 4* if only Yelp would provide a rotary grade system, but I digress. A family get together was the occasion, only three could attend, but we arrived before the restaurant filled up, including the patio area. While we got our order placed in a reasonable amount of time, the odd arrival of the appetizer sample, in two parts, was the start of ill-timed meets spotty service thereafter. First came the hummus and pita part, and about 10 minutes later the other half showed up with falafel and a caprese salad. Odd that this wasn't arranged on one large platter, at least everyone enjoyed it. The entrees came before we were even halfway done with the appetizer (who screwed that up?), which being awkward, also severely crowded the table with my sister's wrap plate, my shish kabob platter, and Dad's chicken kabob. At least those all looked great and we enjoyed them. But... no refills on drinks, nobody checked back to see how we liked things, at least until we were ready for to-go boxes. Sigh By then the place was getting full and it took signaling to have the check brought as well as boxes for the leftovers. Food B+‐A, service C-‐B-

Horrible experience we were seated down and 30 min after no server asked for order and waited and waited. After 35 min we ordered and people who came after got their food. We decided to leave I don't know what happened to this place service was good.

this is one of my fav restaurants! the first time I tried the strawberry date salad I was hooked. The one I go to the most is the one located in Tyler Mall in Riverside and unfortunately that's the worst one. the service is 80% of the time terrible, the host takes forever to greet you at the door and the food is sometimes of lower quality than expected. I ordered take out for example the other day and the koobideh was completely burned. its just sad that there's no consistency within all locations.

This is the beef koobideh kabob I received today--completely undercooked and practically raw. I would have tossed it in the trash, but with a hungry toddler impatiently waiting for kabob, I had to finish cooking it in the oven for 10 minutes. The kabobs here are always either burnt or undercooked. This place used to be our favorite, but we're tired of receiving such poor-quality food. We've complained multiple times, yet they don't seem to care enough to fix their flame--or whatever is causing this cooking issue.
