Great menu, cozy and comfortable, excellent service. Happy to say we're repeat customers-- we drive up from San Diego to eat here.

I visited this Mediterranean restaurant while I was in my hometown, coming all the way from halfway across the world. I hadn't had this kind of food in a while, and since they had tons of great reviews, I thought I'd give it a try. However, once arriving something just felt off. I ordered the mixed plate with falafel and gyro meat, plus a side pita. The vibe was strange, and the decor felt like a suburban family home from the mid-'90s in Temecula. I had read comments about the owner coming out, and unfortunately, that just made the whole experience worse. I went during lunch, and it was just me and one other couple in the whole restaurant. The owner hovered over me for most of my meal, constantly asking how the food was. Honestly, it felt like something straight out of a Restaurant Impossible episode. I was half-expecting to see hidden cameras. The food was just okay, but I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you're okay with the owners or staff hovering over you throughout your meal.

So... I hate that this place has been around 10 years and I just found it TODAY! As someone who is from Detroit- living in the Inland Empire I'm constantly missing quality Greek/Mediterranean cuisine. This place is LEGIT! From the saganaki to the dolmas to the spanakopita- I was in heaven! I'm so glad we found it - and we will so be back!

Really good Greek food. The service was great. Tip- be sure to order tzatziki sauce. It didn't come with my gyro platter. So I was surprised.

We are staying at the LaQuinta next door and thought we'd get food close by... we happened by Pangaea. I wished we lived here! My husband got the lasagna and I got the gyro. We shared a salad, baklava and a feta dip. Everything was DELICIOUS and huge! Lucky you if you live nearby. Either way, go eat there!

I used to frequent this restaurant for lamb chops but found the owners unwilling to protect customers during Covid which I thought was very disrespectful. I stopped patronizing them. Unfortunate as I prefer to patronize local family owned businesses.

Stopped by on a whim! Do not regret it! I was driving down to San Diego from the Inland Empire and decided I wanted to eat food somewhere along the way. Pangaea seemed to be along the way and the option of having both Greek and Italian food seemed very appealing. The owners of the restaurant (I assume) were very friendly and willing to explain each dish and offer their recommendations. My understanding is that the husband is Greek and the wife Italian, so they decided to serve both cuisines. They did both very well!We opted for the vegetarian Olympian (which comes with falafel) and the Arrabbiata pasta. We ordered the Arrabbiata pasta and it came out essentially at the optimal level of spicy. Distinctly spicy, but not enough to overpower the taste of the pasta. I was not really expecting spicy food at an Italian/Greek place, but it was a pleasant surprise. The falafel was crunchy and flavorful, not excessively fried, and all of the parts of the Greek combo were fresh and enjoyable. The diversity of the things they offered in the combo were far beyond what I was used to - they had grape leaf roll (!!!), souvlaki, falafel, rice, pita, and a Greek salad topped with cheese. They also offered Greek coffee, which I assumed was the same beverage as Turkish coffee except it's called Greek coffee in Greece and Turkish coffee in Turkey. Suspect using the wrong word in the wrong place may trigger Balkan-tier energy. Anyways, the Greek coffee was very flavorful and definitely woke me up for the drive down. They warned me it was "very strong", so this should be a treat for coffee enjoyers! The prices were extremely reasonable, far far far less than I usually see from Greek or Italian places, which is honestly why I don't get Greek or Italian food very often. However, I left Pangaea with a full stomach and a full wallet. Somehow, a singular restaurant has ended up both my favorite Greek restaurant and my favorite Italian restaurant at the same time. A very impressive accomplishment! Now if only I lived closer to it...

Our favorite spot for Greek food in the area! Completely authentic unassuming place in a slightly rundown strip mall, but don't let that stop you from coming here. It is very old-school mom and Pop decorated inside. I ate there once for dine in and service was fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend the sampler appetizer so you can try it. Their hummus is amazing and so is the feta. Gyro plate is a must get.

Yum! We were trying to find an Italian restaurant today that was open and we found this restaurant. Don't let the business area detour you. The food is very tasty and the service was top notch! I was very satisfied with a wonderful meal and pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The cappuccino was perfection and the port wine with our chocolate desert was the cherry on top! The owners are the best, and thank you... for such great attentive service. They definitely put the love into their food. We both left ... satisfied with our meals.
