Ordered delivery. My soup was piping hot and good...one star. Asked for a baguette with it and a cinnamon roll. Both were good...one star. Also ordered a half Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich. I have included the stock photo and what I received. Of course the sandwich isn't going to look like the stock photo but damn. Come on. On top of this it didn't taste good. Almost like a chemical taste. Ugh. This Panera is a disgrace.

My food was made completely wrong. We waited 30 minutes for our food to be done and then when I got home, the receipt wasn't signed off for who checked the order so I have no one to hold responsible for my missing large bacon mac & cheese, which is ridiculously expensive, or my sandwich that was made on the completely wrong bread, I tried to call their catering extension and they speak to a manager extension and nobody answered. In fact, I was sent to voicemail like four times. The fact that the manager handed it to me wrong is crazy. And they don't ask what sides you want with your order by the way so you'll either have a surprise of bread or chips lol.

I've been going to this location very occasionally, typically when shopping at nearby Target or the Tyler Galleria across the street. Like all Panera locations, it's set up in a formulaic manner with bakery display (quite empty on the recent visit, albeit in the mid afternoon) in front with the self-order kiosks and regular service register. Then, partitions block line of sight to the dining area, and another path diverts to the take-out window and beverages area. We were thirsty and needed caffeine, socially acceptable problems, don't you think? We saw a banner advertising their new fruit beverages loaded with caffeine and thought that sounded good, worth a try, and saved time searching for a bubble tea or café. I approved of their large 30oz. cups that are identical to what you'd get at 7-Eleven for a big Slurpee- anyhow, there are three flavors available, but we went for the one advertised: Strawberry Lemon with Mint. Alternatively, there was a Cranberry Apple option that sounded good and something else I cannot recall presently. No losers, I reckon. Anyhow, it works! Most definitely contains caffeine. Halfway home, my gf exclaimed she was getting wired :D Then, several of my Elite friends wrote separately about hearing the drinks were "like Crack" and similar euphemisms as to the elixer's effectiveness. Oh, they have sandwiches too, but whatever. Toasted baguettes sounded nice for a change of pace, but I'll post pics for future visits.

Well after my horrible last experience a few years ago I attempted to try this place again. Sadly had the same crappy experience. Walked in with a positive attitude, placed order and she had to get approval for i had $100 bill.. no problem.. manager comes over (female) cashier gives me my change and said I don't have any penny's so is it okay if I just don't give you .3... umm no.. then you round up and give .5.. the mama get gave me a dirty ass look and said I'll get you your 3 penny's. Such crap service, as a business owner I would never ever ask my customers if I could give them i proper change.. go in back andGet the proper change for your cashier!! When to go get foot and rude manager once again there giving dirty looks.. what a great example to your employees!! And for $20 what a crap portion of max n cheese!

Believe it or not; one of my friends, had never been to Panera Bread. That's crazy right? As soon as I learned that information, I knew where we were going to eat next lol Found this Panera Bread location close by, and we headed out to pop my friend's Panera cherry lol My friend ordered the flat bread pizza, which he said was "really good." He said it's the best flat bread pizza that he's had. I ordered a salad, Mac and cheese and an orange scone. The salad was good. Needed more salad dressing, but it was good. The Mac and cheese was yummy. My friend ate some of that also. He loved the Mac and cheese. Actually we ordered the broccoli cheddar Mac. It's super good with the carrots and broccoli inside. The food was all good. I just don't think it was as fresh as other locations. Some locations are definitely better than this one. It's not a bad one though.

Food is good. I love coming in the morning to get a quick bagel and coffee. This location has rapid pickup which is really nice. I also like that they have both in door and out door dining. Servers are very nice. Service is quick and efficient.

As a former employee of Panera I understand how crazy and busy it can be . With that being said this is my second time they have messed up my order . The first time my order was missing the cheese , had avocado on it after I didn't request it . The second time they forgot the cheese on my sandwich and the onion . Panera has gone up in price that last few years and my order comes out to around 14 dollars not including a drink or a tip . Panera I'm going to need y'all to get it together . I love the soups and sandwiches I just need y'all to get my order right lol .

I like this Panera the best. They have good customer service and never any issues with food and lots of indoor seating. Unfortunately the parking lot is sketchy and crowded. There's alot of homeless now around the mall and the drivers are crappy and make it dangerous.

I love going to this Panera their food is so yummy.I been going at least ones a week. Store looks nice and clean. Employee Manny has taking my order a couple times always in a great mood and so helpful. He even suggested there cinnamon crunch latte it's delicious and I'm hooked. Ordered from DoorDash and got a Cesar salad, opened the bag and there was no dressing. I ate lettuce all by itself. I specifically put in the note to have extra dressing and I got none.
