Panera Bread

Panera Bread is a great place to pick up pastries, bagels and or coffee for an office or other gathering. They have multiple locations and the Panera app makes it convenient to place orders for pickup.This Panera Bread is located at the Riverside Plaza off Central Ave near the 91 freeway.Parking is limited and, during peak hours, you may need to circle around the lot to wait for someone to leave. It's not in the best location as it gets very congested.Panera is a casual eatery. I've always known it to be a breakfast, brunch or lunch place but I know they also offer dinner, which I've never tried. My go to here are:* Bagels - perfect to bring for a group or office* Kitchen Sink Cookie* Orange Scone* Mediterranean SandwichPrices are affordable and the have a range of items to choose from.

This was not a great experience to be honest... the seating area was dirty, straw wrappers on the ground.. the tables didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time. Service was slow... Parking was easy so there is some good news.!

cashier very nice and helped us quickly but food seems to have changed a lot. chips aren't tasting the same and i noticed the bag has changed since last time i stopped by a panera (it's been a while). the sandwich (chicken bacon rancher) is a bit bland and was lacking in flavor but i think that is because of the lack of veggies and such but it just wasn't for us! soup is fine as always just wish it was warmer.it's a restaurant and i know because of the location things can get busy but there were no clean tables...and even dishes and trash were piling up. just a bit of food/not the best for what you pay. almost $25 for this combo, a drink, and a cookie.

Bought a gift card to use online and it was not working so I went to the store to use the card in person and it still does not work. I asked for manager and she can't do anything. I asked for someone higher and was informed that she comes in an hour later. Like I have an hour to lose. They gave me a number to the Panera corp office and I am now online and she can't do anything. I am still on hold for someone who can help me fifteen minutes later. What a waste of time. At this point, I just want my money back. I will update this review if I am given any type of resolution.

Visited this location a few days ago and was very disappointed. The staff is not very efficient as they are standing around chatting instead of assisting the customers. We waited over 40 minutes for our order and the food tasted very bland. My husband's vanilla latte was only half full. The parking near Panera is very limited, it's best to park by the Nordstrom Rack/Marshalls area and walk to Panera.

This 1 star is for their delivery service. It is absolutely a waste of your time and money. Your food will not be fresh or hot. The driver will have your food sitting in their car for about an hour before it is delivered to you. Just a warning

It has been ages since I've been to a Panera Bread!I stepped into this Panera while at the Riverside Shopping, Plaza, (which, side note, was a very pleasant surprise in and of itself)The first thing that I noticed was a cute patio seating area outside, and upon walking in, I was greeted with a bakery case, full of very aesthetic baked goods, and a wall full of baguettes and bagels. The staff was super friendly, and answered all the questions I had about the menu (which was admittedly, a little confusing, because there is a lot to take in with their options)I decided on the soup and salad combo, which came out to about $16 and opted to dine in. They hand you a little beeper to let you know when your order is ready, and once it is, your order can be picked up at their counter.The food was good, salad and soup were both very tasty. However, I will admit that for the price point a tad bit on the pricey side.During my meal, an employee came over to remove my empty plates and asked how everything was, which I thought was a nice touch on customer service.Overall a pleasant experience and welcome back to Panera after a long time away. If you're in the area would definitely recommend a stop for a quick meal or snack

I have noticed the place has change for a good and better service. The food has been on point lately and the service has gone much better. The ambiance is always good and the place is always clean. Food is always good. We stay to our regular order : Pick 2 soup and sandwich always great combo.

If you want a real treat try the new potato soup at Panera bread! It's delicious and the best part is there's no bacon in it!! So us vegetarians can enjoy this wonderful soup!

Horrible service, the staff is nowhere to be found. Customers are in line waiting and looking for staff to help. The restaurant's lobby has napkins all over the floor and the tables are filthy.
