Panda Express

Food was the best food ever!Service was good and friendly for kids and adults!Ambiance was good, looks great and quiet! Which allows you to enjoy a calm place and dinner! The fresh drinks was the best!

After a very disappointing visit to this Panda, I wrote the corporate office to complain that I received hardly any meat with my last meal. One of the dishes actually only had two pieces. They responded promptly and sent me a code for a free meal. I was skeptical since the problem was with how little meat I received, so I'm not sure if they really did talk with the staff or if I just got the right guy making my food, but when I ordered this time, I got so much meat I could only eat half the meal for lunch and the rest for dinner.I will say I've had several bad experiences here but on the times I have complained they really do seem to go out of their way to make up for it. I will be back but think I'll keep my ordering to in the restaurant since they do seem to give better portions than when I order online. I had the Black Pepper Angus Steak and it was great. So much meat I couldn't believe it. Could have used some more mushrooms but I'm not complaining. Not sure about the veggies, thought it used to come with green beans but this time seemed like Chinese broccoli. Overall a great meal and so glad Panda took the time to make up for my last meal.

Good food, great service and very clean dining area. Love when they have spicy orange chicken. Will be be coming again.

Great guest service, very clean store, the workers treat you as family. Out of all the pandas I have been too this is the best one.

Unfortunately bad experience... the manager Brenda stuffed the beef brócoli with huge chunks of brócoli and little to no beef. It's beef brócoli not brócoli beef. On top of this when I pointed this is not fair not just me but to all the customers... to make it better had the guts to fiercely fight back with the customer and claim she was the one that did it... at this point I had no choice to throw the food away and let her know I was not pleased... manager reaction did not care and walked away... great customer experience.Badly managed experience only 1 Star for Brenda. One of the worst customer handling experiences I have had in 20 years.

I have to say, the food is delicious. I enjoy coming here. But today, I've had it. I had to say something to the cashier "slow down". The way they served our food, rushed to order, and would not allow me to think. I probably would have bought more items, but it seemed they wanted us out ASAP. There was one other person behind me, so I did not understand why they were doing that. To be honest, I don't think I will come back to this location.

As much I crave for Panda Express today has been the worst service I got while ordering online. I came in to pick up my online order and was waiting for the workers to greet or help me with my online order but I was never greeted even tho I entered in the back entrance. I stood for at least 10 minutes to pick up my order and there was a customer who came in to pick up his order and he was greeted and taken care of right away. After they helped their customers they recognize me and I told them I was standing there for at least 10 minutes and I didn't get an apology for their services.I don't have a survey code on my receipt to post my review so here I am posting this review here.Customer service DO BETTER.

We order regularly from this location. Double check to make sure they include the fortune cookies. They have forgotten them on more than one occasion.

Food and service was great no complaints there but a worker named Richard was servicing orders and the gray pen he was using to write on the plates fell into the sesame chicken breast and he just pulled it out and kept packing orders

I love the portions that they give here. Small details like this keep me coming back for meals.
