Off day for everyone at the restaurant. Drive thru was a breeze but waiting 20+ mins ... lame. You're lucky I was not in a rush or super hungry. Food was good.

I was given four pieces of honey sesame chicken and a whole mountain of chow meain in my bowl. The food was lukewarm and I live 5 minutes away from this facility. I did not notice until I made it home. I was furious because this was not cheap. I was so mad I ended up throwing it away and cooking my own food. I will no longer eat out. We are being overcharged for scraps. they give us small portions like they're giving it away for free.

No surprises here, it's a well-known brand. I found this location nicely laid out inside, lots of tables for two, and clean. Parking is also easy since it's part of the expanding shopping center between Nason and Moreno Beach. The advertised specials included a spicy version of the orange chicken entée, so I decided that'd be perfect. I noticed that the names of the old combinations changed, so I narrowed it down to what they now call a "bowl". Essentially, it's one item with fried rice and chow mein, or all of one. Their fried rice is actually pretty decent, but I decided to try both. Food came out fast, and service was also good. I enjoyed the spicy rendition, but the chicken itself seems 10x sweeter than I remember. The rice was good, as expected, and the chow mein somewhat uninspired. Nonetheless, the portion and price (under $10) was decent. As a specialty item, the spicy orange chicken was a little more than their classic lineup.

I generally like the food but I have to complain about the chow main. More than half was cabbage which I'm not fond of.

All the employees that were there on 2/10/25 around 840pm did an awesome job from start to finish. Not to mention the sense of humor. I appreciate it. "Sound of the police". Lol thanks again guys.

I haven't been here in months because they always screw up my order. I decided to have another go at it tonight for an easy dinner. I ordered orange chicken, mushroom chicken, honey walnut shrimp and half chow mein half super greens. What did they forget tonight? The freaking chow mein. How do you forget the main side? I'm done with this location.

Tiny portions and food made me nauseous. We went there yesterday and the portions were so small, the rice was burnt and had no flavor, the noodles were undercooked and tasted like nothing, orange chicken was gross, and the teriyaki was the worst. Made me so nauseous even chewing a small bite.

stop cooking the food so fast to the point half the rice is hard and some of the other items veggies are half raw. i rather wait 5-10 for what i am paying to get half ass cooked food

The amount of beef they added to my kids beef broccoli bowl. I pretty much paid for only broccoli and noodles. SMH

Drive through customers receive the dry food leftover from yesterday. My fried rice, chow mein and orange chicken were all extremely dry!!! I live to far to take it back.
