I don't know when it changed but I remember when the orange chicken sauce actually had a hint of orange with a kick but now its just a sweet and spicy sauce that mostly burns my mouth. I know multiple people who have tried it and thought the same: "where's the orange?".The nutty shrimp is also just bland and kinda gooey so I have to flavor it and fry it further when I take it home to really enjoy it. It's true whether you're in moreno valley, temecula or menifee. The side dishes are fine but I can get fried rice and chow mein at any other Chinese restaurant.

I ate here a couple of weeks ago because it was convenient and my friend ordered our food through the app. I went to pickup the food at the time it would be ready. I ordered a 2 item combo with all chow mein, terriyaki chicken & string bean chicken. The chow mein was stale and old and the string bean chicken was overcooked, the string beans were all dried out. It was horrible. I would never order food here through the app because it's not fresh.

Always an issue when going here. Tonight the system is down... yet again. Cash only. Not even accepting the kids free cub meal coupon. You could have at least accepted it and rang it up when the system came back on but no, deny the kids smh.

it was really good, just a little bit over portioning with the the M1 and other sides, their was a hair in my food not mad about that bella was really nice, delaney not so much

Great customer service, the workers are kind and you're greeted with a smile. The food is a different story. The firecracker shrimp included exactly 5 pieces of shrimp (mostly onions and bell peppers), the teriyaki chicken was cut very sloppy in huge chunks, the Beijing beef includes more veggies to meat ratio, and the rice was old and hard. The noodles were fine. Sadly, not worth your money. As for the ambiance, the restaurant was very clean inside and out.

Wife picked up a two item beef and broccoli and orange chicken but the beef and broccoli only had broccoli and 3 pieces of beef that is ridiculous.

Just went here and walked out customer service is terrible don't wast your money or time here. Food was old and the employees refused to make it fresh. I can see why the got a low rating from the health department.

Food is fresh, service is very friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. A really good combination for a fast food place.

Very clean dining when I came in and was greeted/welcomed by the entire team. Food was fresh. Thank you especially to Sanju and Brandon for a great experience. the food was delicious.

Manager Cassie started preparing my bowls She started filling my bowls with rice and then walked away to the office to continue conducting a hiring. She comes back out wearing the same gloves I saw her get on her cell phone and touched the computer key pad while still wearing the same pair of gloves, I couldn't believe my eyes whe she started cooking raw chicken while still wearing the same gloves. I asked to speak to her in regard to my concern about not following food safety. she stood in front of me, with her hands in her pockets while still wearing the same pair of gloves.
