Panda Express

Alvaro R gave me a discount on my order because the entree i like is as not fresh and it is the last serving in chafing dish. Area is clean. Food is great. Everyone is nice and polite. I think this branch deserves more than 2 stars.

I try to give restaurants a chance I understand we're only human. The server I explained to clearly to put the shrimp in a separate container I told her that we were allergic I walked further up I did not want her to feel uncomfortable while I'm standing above her, I went to go and pay the bill I did not know that I had to babysit her. I went to sit down opened the container to find she poured the shrimp over my food I went to the manager well this she made me feel terrible and Begrudged helping me and made me feel like that it was going to be a waste of food so I told her forget it I wouldn't want her to waste the food what a bad night at Panda.

I love panda express and both times I have ordered from this location the service has been quick and great, the drive thru line moved quickly and the food was delicious. I do think their veggie egg rolls are a little oily, but the watermelon mango refresher I tried yesterday lived up to its name, very refreshing and delicious! Broccoli beef and orange chicken were both cooked perfectly and delicious as well.

We've been at this panda express 2 times and the Team members, along with Ashley, Shyloe, & Manager Gabriel in specific, were super helpful, kind and fast paced workers. We were waiting for a new batch of an entree and they were very attentive to our wait time and kept us updated on our food!! Ambience was very clean and family friendly! They even gave my husband and I Rangoon's on the house Thank you for making our evening so friendly!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Panda Express. At least 7 people working behind the counter and I stood at the register for 5 minutes. Alvarado is a complete control freak. I will NEVER return to this location.

Great food! Great service! quick! delicious hot & ready food! and its a plus that there is a drive through! the new apple pie roll was amazing as well!

Horrible experience at this location. I placed an online pickup order for a bigger plate and an order of spring rolls. First of all after patiently waiting 15minutes for more beef and broccoli they forgot my springs rolls. Not to mention that the broccoli has some weird white stuff inside the heads. After calling and addressing my issue the manager was supposed to call me back but never contacted me.

My first time at this location was last week and I had a great experience with the help of Leilani (I hope i spelled her name right) . I told her i've never been here before so she began telling me what i can get (bowls, plates, ect.) and even said i can get appetizers as well. I apologized to her telling her it's my first time and she was really patient with me. I felt welcomed and loved how she handled my situation. She's very good at serving me while having a conversation. I was asked if i wanted to wait until fresh food comes out (which was coming out in 5 minutes but it was totally okay) and it was AMAZING !! I'm definitely going to be back. Thank you Leilani for your incredible service and patience !

I visited this location on 1/6/25 around 10:45 or so service provided by Gabriel was great but I had a feeling the food wasn't going to be fresh after he gave me a small side of FRESH orange chicken. When I got home the food I ordered for my plate did not taste fresh nor did it look fresh. It had what tasted like a reheated taste to it. And that goes for all three of my items. Orange chicken, fried rice and chow mein. I wasn't going to write a review because like I said the service provided by Gabriel was great but it is now 3:50pm and my stomach is not taking the food all to well. I did do the survey on the receipt but I want to make sure people double check their order before driving away. I've visited this location before and never had this issue.

This place deserves more then just two stars the staff was great I was helped right when I walked in didn't have to wait, the young lady I believe her name was Leilani ‍ hope I didn't spell her name wrong but she was friendly and made my experience great will definitely come back didn't give a five stars just because the machine wasn't registering my gift card correctly other than that definitely great service
