My fiance and I picked up some takeout from Panda Bowl this past Friday because he wanted to introduce me to their delicious food. We ordered a mix of pint and quarts of their sweet and sour tofu, broccoli chicken, steamed rice, chow mein and veggie egg rolls (because lent). Luckily, we got there around 6pm and were able to beat the rush that came shortly after we placed our order. The service was typical of a fast food restaurant and I never found the ladies to be rude like some of the reviews mention. While I will admit that the ladies aren't the friendliest or the most charismatic, they are very efficient and it was apparent that their main goal is to dispatch their customers hence why they have no time to socialize. I personally respect that and have no problem with little to no interaction as long as someone isn't being rude or disrespectful which was not the case. The food itself was so unbelievably fresh and flavorful. I was so shocked of the quality and taste of food from this fast food establishment. I am extremely excited to come back and try more of their delicious dishes, which my fiance claims is all of them. LOL

Best Chinese food in town... tasty and flavorful. They have other options other than what's out on the steam table, their cook to order menu options consist of chicken, beef, shrimp & tofu choices that comes in a large a la cart and combo plate. My favorite is their wonton soup and shrimp fried rice... even on a hot day you will crave that soup haha The place is small so it's not for larger groups but they have a little space for dine in. It's giving mom & pop vibes! Great customer service, always friendly & welcoming. Definitely recommend to try this place If you're ever in the area.

I've been coming here for decades and it has always been a staple for me. However, the past few times I have come it seems like the food is lacking flavor and just sitting for ages. I usually get the green beans and no one has ordered them in so long that the sauce completely dried up. Also, I was excited to see a fresh batch of chow mein, however it seems like the noodles were over cooked. The eggrolls are usually always great and they have a good sweet and sour sauce when it isn't super watery. The other thing is everyone is very friendly except for one woman. I've been coming to this establishment hundreds of times and EVERY single time this one lady is always presenting a sour and intimidating demeanor. I used to be able to rely on this place for dinner, but not so much anymore unfortunately.

Don't confuse this Panda Bowl restaurant with the other Panda ????? restaurant - they aren't the same. This is much smaller place in the shopping center anchored by McDonalds on Lugonia towards Greenspot. On this evening, November 2021, they don't have inside dining. Also they charge an extra $.69 for credit and debit charges (this is stated at the cash register). Their entre options are limited. Also the separate kitchen had a difficult time keeping up the orders, there were many customers waiting. As you can see in the pics, our bowls looked good. The Orange Chicken had as much quantity as could be placed in our bowl. We had mixed vegetables instead of rice for both bowls. The mixed veggies were over-cooked and soggy. There was a fair amount of residual water in the bottom of both bowls. The orange glaze lacked flavor, but was mildly sweet. There were big pieces of chicken which was tender, but didn't have very much flavor. Just as the chicken pieces were big, so was the amount of coating. The coating was spongy. The other bowl was the Mushroom Chicken. While there was plenty of mushrooms, there wasn't very much flavor to them or the chicken.

I have to be completely honest. I've been coming to this place for a few years. The customer service is fine. Unfortunately I feel that the food is poor quality. Especially the orange chicken. I believe it has a strange after taste. I don't mean to sound super critical but I value good tasting food. Foster Farms Frozen Orange Chicken in the air fryer even surpasses Panda Bowls Orange Chicken. I tried the mushroom chicken today and thought maybe another choice was better but I wasn't satisfied. With all due respect I hope they will take my review under serious consideration so future customers like myself will have a delightful experience there for years to come. Thank you. -Frank

You get the best bang for your buck! It's not PERFECT but hey you want some cheap Chinese this is the place to go. I usually scope the meat to see what is fresh and grab that with my meal, and it's honestly good when it's fresh. FYI - If you arrive an hour before closing you'll start getting some of the older stuff. It's a small little place, nothing crazy but has a couple booths, few seats. I'm a take out person so I usually just bring it home, and they fill up the to go plates very nicely! From my visit today these were the basic prices (pre tax)Bowl 749Combo A 799Combo B 909

They are always so kind and the food is always fresh! We love their chow mein, orange chicken, and especially their cream cheese wontons and egg rolls. They give you a candied sweet and sour dipping sauce for the egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. Their chow mein is one of our absolute favorites! We make the 20 minute drive to come here every time. Thank you for always being so friendly and welcoming!
