TRULY AUTHENTIC! I satisfied my Mexican sweet tooth today by ordering a Chocolate Abuelita flavored ice cream cup. The ice cream tastes exactly like the iconic Nestlé Hot chocolate tablets, it was sweet, creamy and oh so chocolatey! The staff was super nice, the girl at the stand offered us tastes/samples without us asking and was efficient. The shop was really clean and the value for what you get is amazing! I got two huge whopping scoops, they didn't skimp out! I'm looking forward to returning and trying the other flavors like cajeta, cotija and more! Note, they don't have AC running so it can get warm really fast, I'd suggest eating in your car or outside, until they fix it!

Randomly locks doors in middle of business hours. Waisted my time waiting wayyy longer than 10 min for them to reopen as I wait in the cold freezing my butt off. It's not like you are that busy; you can take breaks between customers. I saw her in the back just playing on her phone. Never again!!! I don't have time to sit and wait during normal business hours. I won't be returning because I don't want to risk having to wait again for the girl to play in her phone in the back, the place just isn't that good.

This place is awesome! They have a variety of Mexican desserts. Ice cream, popsicles water based and milk based. Mangoneadas, flan, tres leches cakes, tostilocos and many more! It's so fun coming here cause I literally turn into a kid in a candy store and go crazy. The place is very clean and the staff is fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking outside too!The Mangoneada is delicious! Hands down one of the best I've ever had. The ice cream here is decadent, very rich and satisfying. I recommend this place for treats if you haven't been here. You will find something you love here for sure. I will be coming back here when I visit southern California again.

We came here to buy a few desserts for Father's Day in the late afternoon. As soon as we walked in you could tell the two ladies weren't to happy to see people walk inn. We ignored it decided to order anyways. As we're ordering my nieces started to wiggle and complain that she needed to use the restroom. She's 4yrs old and couldn't hold it in. So we asked the lady helping us if she could use the room. The said it was out of service with a grin on her face. My brother asked if it was "out of service" or was it not available to the public? The lady with a smirk says it's not open to the public. He asked if they could an exception. Both my brother and sister in law pleaded with the women. They asked if she could ask the manager. When she asked the "manager" she has a huge grin and sarcastically asked the restroom was working? The lady who had also heard everything denied my niece. The lady helping just started us as I suggested going to the Thai place a few doors down. As we waited for my sister in law to return with my niece. My brother asked if the restroom wasn't open to the public because of the people in the streets? The lady just responded yes. At this point I decided to go down the street to the original Michoacana on Florida & Sanderson. They could have made an exception to let a little girl use the bathroom. We were already going to buy a lot of products from them.The Thai restaurant let my niece use the restroom with out purchasing anything. It felt really nice to see that there's still good people in the worlds. We ended up buying a few paletas a few mangoniadas, chicharrones and Ice cream down the street. We didn't let these bitter people ruin the day. I just won't set foot in this place.

Probably one of the most spacious ones in town. They are very nice here, even during the pandemic they are still open. Always have many flavors and are well stocked ! One of my favorite places to go to on a hot day.

Delicious place for ice cream. They have regular ice cream or if you can't have milk they have fruit ice creams. Also snacks if your not feeling something cold. From chips to elote

Employees were wonderful & friendly. BUT I bought nachos to go... & chips were nasty & stale! What a bummer

The worst customer service, the lady was extremely rude said it's not her business so she doesn't care to lose us as customers She told me to buy a mask or leave when I had a face covering. Will never be coming here ever again
