We normally go to Oscar's while visiting Temecula. Front desk staff were very nice as we entered and answered our questions politely. The Lost Travelers Noodles are exceptionally delicious and my absolute favorite. Our server was Lexi (not sure of the spelling) and she was very professional, polite and friendly. We couldn't help but notice she was always moving at a quick pace between all of her tables. Her was working hard and she had such a pleasant attitude all the while taking care of her tables. The environment of Oscars was not too loud, which made eating very comfortable. We will return to Oscars during our next visit.

I went to Oscar's brewing company this week. I ordered the ahi poke bowl with a side of truffle oil french fries. My friend ordered the almost 40 dollar plate of salmon. I was super excited for the food to come. I had stopped by the bar and ordered an extra dirty martini. The drink was pretty smooth. The staff and team they have are actually ALL really great. The service was amazing. The ambience at the bar was really lovley. I really like it. But when the food came I was a little underwhelmed. My fish was raw so I was expecting it to be a nice cold and very refreshing dinner but unfortunately it wasn't. It was almost room temepture in a way and the portion size was not worth the price on their menu. Same for the fabians salmon. It came on a normal serving plate and the whole meal fit right in the middle of it. That alone was enough to ruin the experience I had at the bar and made me feel bad for the staff. I was a server and know exactly what it feels like to serve something I'm not proud of.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that is looking for good meals and good drinks. But if you're just going to sit at the bar after you have dinned somewhere else,I would say this is the spot.

So this was our first time here and we were coming from out of town just for the weekend. I came here to enjoy dinner with my dad and it was not all we expected. I will say the location was great, I can't imagine the view during the sunset over the dunk pond it is probably beautiful. Our server was great as well and anticipated all of our needs before we even asked. The ambience as well was great, it gave the bar vibes but a lot more classy which I loved especially if you'll be bringing kids with you. the reason i didn't rate it higher was our food, so i got the salmon at first and my dad got the tri tip plate. His meat was way too fatty he left a lot of it. My salmon was good but i wish there was more that came with it - I was still hungry so I ordered a tri tip to go & I asked for it well done. When we got back to the vineyard I opened it and saw that it was very red. I had planned to share it with my son and couldn't do that. Even the mashed potatoes were less mashed and more firm potatoes. for the price we paid I just expected more.

Great place to meet up with friends on a Friday night, but lots of other folks had the same idea so we had a 40 minute wait for a party of 9. Food is delicious and drinks are amazing. I have missed those breadsticks. Enjoyed the OBC Tri Tip entree, and for cocktails I liked the Black Lotus. Definitely recommend this spot.

Pizza was amazing! The freshly made dough, the delicious home made marinara out of fresh tomatoes was stupendous. What a burst of flavor in my mouth. The service was excellent. Ambiance is relaxing overlooking the duck pond. What a treat.

Dry Ribs, Wet CocktailsLet me set the scene: this place is massive. I'm talking football-field-level seating. You could bring your friends, their friends, and maybe their cousins, and still have room for that one guy who always "forgets" to RSVP. The vibe? Lively and buzzing, perfect for a night out with the crew. Now, let's talk about service. Our server was super friendly and clearly trying their best, but they were juggling more tables than a Vegas performer. It took about 20 minutes to even put in our food order, but honestly, we were with friends and didn't mind. However, there were some hiccups: they forgot a couple of things and got my order wrong twice. A+ for effort, though. Now, the food. Oh, boy. I ordered the full rack of ribs, and let me tell you, they were dry AF. Like, "where's-the-barbecue-sauce-when-you-need-it" dry. The kind of dry that makes you drink your water like it's a life preserver. The chicken wings? Same story, different bird. We got the sauce on the side, and even that couldn't save them. Dry wings should honestly be illegal. But here's the plot twist: the cocktails were fantastic! I tried the "Not Not Espresso" (a caffeinated masterpiece), the bartender's special (whatever they put in it, keep doing it), and the Ube Thai Tea cocktail, which was so good it almost made me forget about the desert-like ribs. Almost. So, if you're coming here, stick to the drinks and the company. Just maybe pack some lotion for those dry ribs. Would I come back? For the cocktails, absolutely. For the food? Only if I had a humidifier handy.

I really enjoyed OBC! I didn't know that this was connected Pat and Oscar's until my Uncle explained it to me. I walked in and got the nostalgic smell of breadsticks, it made me happy. But located in Temecula, right off the 15, OBC has a great spot! They have a huge parking lot, so parking is not an issue. The place itself is really big with both indoor and a huge heated outdoor patio! It was clean too! Bonus, the place is dog friendly.Service wasn't too bad. There were instances where we felt like our waitress disappeared for a bit. And I was waiting for about 15 minutes for a water refill. But when they were around, the apologized a lot for the wait and overall they were really nice staff. So you can't complain with kind hearted people.Food was pretty satisfying. I will say my truffle fries lacked truffle though. My dad and I split the Tri tip sandwich. It was pretty filling! I think they also did put a generous amount of tri tip in it as well! The breadsticks made me happy! It was such a nostalgic taste and feeling! It's kinda weird, but I never realized how much I missed bread lol.I think this is a great spot! Bring the family, bring a date, have a gathering, I think this place can definitely cater to a lot of different crowds and occasions. I'm secretly hoping they open up more locations lol. But definitely give this place a shot! And if you're someone who misses Pat and Oscar's, go here!

Came here right at open on a Sunday with my friend. Was empty when we got there, but after about thirty minutes, it was packed! We ordered the tri tip, pan-Asian noodles (I can't recall the name of the dish), bread pudding, and some drinks. The tri tip was wonderfully done and bursting with flavor that wasn't overpowering. Noodles and the libations were alright. The drink I had looked gorgeous, but just didn't sit right with my palette. To make up for it, the bread pudding was delectable, moist, and not too sweet. The star of the show, however, was the picturesque pond/lake right outside of the establishment. We sat out on the patio and had a clear view of the scenery. I can imagine how the premises look at night with the all the pretty lights on.
