ICONIC SoCAL CHILI BURGER FRANCHISE! My parents introduced me to Tommy's when I was a little one and I've loved it since day one! Tommy's has some of the BEST chili burgers in the business. It's a messy delight with classic buns and cheese. I always go full-on with the chili items, I recommend a chili burger and chili fries! You can't go wrong, I'm serious. The patties are a bit smaller these days, but what isn't? Tommy's blows In-n-out "out" of the water, it's a hot take but I will die on this hill. The fries are crispy, the meat is tasty, it's a good time. Service is speedy and you don't have to wait all day for a burger. Riverside's Tommy's is very relaxed and a great place to hang with family and friends. This is the nearest location to me so I try to visit as often as I can! I would say this location is on-par with the LA area franchises. The staff is calm and friendly. Tommy's has a drive-thru, simple menu, and plenty of tables, booths etc. for a quick or "slow-paced" bite. I spotted a soda fountain and a few unique menu items like chili tamales (which are the only item I do NOT recommend).

I told myself that I would get some Tommy's before I left LA. Well, Riverside is close enough. I stopped here on my way back to Phoenix for some lunch. I went with a breakfast burrito, and an order of chili cheese fries with onions. How was it? Probably the best Tommy's I have ever had!Chili Cheese Fries- I ordered these well done and they were fried perfect. These chili cheese fries were HOOKED UP! They were busting out of the box! A huge portion and everything tasted great! Couldn't ask for a better order of chili cheese fries! Compliments to the chef! Breakfast Burrito- I had never had one of these from Tommy's before, so I took a flyer on it. Turned out, that it was DELICIOUS! Huge, heavy burrito filled with thin eggs, sausage patties, hash browns, melted cheese and chili. It was so delicious, and surprisingly, not that messy. I ate the whole thing clean without it falling apart. Once again, compliments to the chef!This was a great last stop meal on my drive back to AZ. I will definitely come back to this one on a future trip. Food was perfect and it really hit the spot! Good customer service from the kid at the front counter, too.

Amazing Customer Service! We used the drive thru. Alyssa was kind, patient and professional. We had 4 orders with many specifics as to "add ons" and "leave outs". Through it all, Ms. Alyssa took great care to make each order just right. Our orders were correct and deliciously scrumptious! I spoke to the Regional Manager and mentioned how pleased we were with our Customer Service experience.

Stopped for a bite to eat, hoping that this time would be better then the last two visits. Unfortunately it was not the case. I should not have to ask for fresh hot fries, not refried- dropped twice.. fries cook so quick cmon. Also the chili.. stir the pot!!! It tastes dry and so plain. These are things that can be changed easily with good training/management. I am gonna have to write this location off for awhile, hard to find a good Tommy's now a days. Shame I grew up loving this place.

I love Tommy's, I really do. I just drove 2 hours in traffic and was craving a dog me chili cheese burger. I only carry Cash, I ordered my food and was gonna pay with a $100( it's all I had on me). She wouldn't take it, says they, don't have change. It's 8 pm and you don't have any type of combination to make me change??? So now I'm at a McDonald eating their poor burger because Tommy's can't give me change
