Stopped by earlier today to pick up a piñata. Employee was very nice and helpful! Got a cute looking buzz light year piñata. This store recently got new management so please do not let the prior comments on here discourage you. I'd most definitely come back. Thank you!

This place has bad customer service. If you call for information they aren't specific on what is their policy is for chairs and table rentals. Had the worse experience with them. Definitely not going back or recommending anyone to this place.

We ordered 2 dozen balloons, a big #1 ballon, table runners, a custom piñata and a bouncer from Ontario Party Supply and at first our experience was good when we ordered from the store. However, on the day of my daughters first birthday party, the owner called us and told us our piñata would have costs us more than we were quoted, so we had some "options" she would drop off. Our custom piñata was not made, nor did they call us to inform us that they would be giving us a different one (although it was cute). When they came to deliver everything, the people setting up the bouncer were not prepared and asked us for cleaning supplies and a broom, which was very unprofessional. The rest of the items came a couple hours later. We ordered a mixture of black and pink balloons and some of them were brown! Our party was pink and black Minnie Mouse, not brown. Also, we were missing a couple balloons and the big #1 was not delivered at all. The owner blamed it on someone else and sold us a small round Minnie Mouse balloon instead which she claimed was discounted for $2.50, which would have cost me $1 at the dollar store. The table runners were also the wrong material than what we were told and the bouncer had no top. It was a very hot day and the kids had no shade. I would have liked to have been told our options before hand. The worst part of this is that my parents had to deal with owner since we were out picking up additional party supplies. I was told that the lady helping my mother out was in a rush, not sympathetic and not willing to accommodate us. When I called to talk to the owner, she explained that she did not charge us for the items missing and offered to provide us with additional balloons at a discount - not for free! I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to make our experience right. Lastly, I didn't even know how much I was paying until everything was delivered. I couldn't even get an estimate because, I quote, "I have other clients waiting." I WILL NOT order from this place again. Balloons were more expensive than competing stores and NOT a single part of our transaction was correct. We worked very hard to make sure our details were perfect and Ontario Party Supply made the processes more stressful.

Thank you for assisting with all necessary supplies and trying to work with my budget! It's great to have a store that delivers all at once and no need to go through many vendors. I needed 3 dozen balloons and they were brought to my home at no additional cost. Can't beat the price and the personal attention to in which allowed us to have a less stressful experience. Awesomeness!!

After 10 years of trying to conceive my hubby and i were finally pregnant. I wanted our gender reveal to be extra special. i was looking for someone who can do a huge black balloon surrounded by a few pink and blue balloons and inside the black balloon i wanted pink or blue confetti so that i can pop the balloon in front of my friends and family and reveal gender to all of us. When i came to her with my idea she immediately gave me her "opinion" (unwanted by the way) she shared how she's a medium and that she doesn't feel anything black should be related to anything baby. I said thanks but this is what i want can you do it? She hesitated but said yes. we even pulled up Pintrest images so i can show her that i wanted a HUGE black balloon. She seemed so confident and said she could do it. Mind you this was 1 week before my gender reveal. she quoted me at about $20 i handed her the sealed envelope containing the gender and went on my way. By Thursday of that week i called her to see how things were coming and if she was able to find the big black balloon (she had told me she would need to go out and purchase one) she said everything was on track. I was scheduled to pick up the balloon the day of the party at 11am. I arrived on Saturday to pick up the balloon. I couldn't believe my eyes she choose that last second to tell me that she cant get the balloon to stay up because the confetti was too heavy, what she showed me was the most simple ugliest thing ever. It was one regular black small balloon with 4 strings hanging on the sides. She told me you can just hang it instead. I was like excuse me but this is not what i ordered??? she said she's sorry but couldnt do it that she had already wasted so many balloons and confetti testing and trying to get the balloon to work and just couldnt. i told her that i asked for a HUGE black balloon even i know it takes a bigger balloon for it to work and i am not a profession party supply owner. . I told her i would drive over to Party City to look for the balloon myself and take it to her so there i go last minute with no time already. I wasnt able to find a black balloon but i did find a huge white one. I paid $15 for a pack of 3 even though i only needed 1. I took them to her she said she would have it done for me asap. I left crying mind you i was 4 months pregnant and super emotional, stressed and tired already. She called me about 30 minutes later to tell me that when she blew up the balloon it was see through and you can see the confetti. I told her that is why it needed to be a black balloon. i asked her what if you put a balloon inside of a balloon. she said thats impossible! i was like what? you dont know how to put a balloon inside a balloon?? even i know how to do that! at this point i was so desperate and didnt want to piss her off either i was afraid she would ruin the surprise and who was i going to find this late to do what i wanted with only a few hours until my guests arrived. I was absolutely disgusted. She then went on to tell that i cant be a brat about it and cry that sometimes in life you dont get what you want??? i couldnt believe my ears!! i asked her what are you serious? in this case i think i should get what i want i am paying for a service that you said you could do. I asked her if she wasn't sure if she could do it why would she use my occasion to experiment?? I trusted that she could pull off what i wanted. She then said she could figure it out to trust her. i had no choice. i stopped by to pick up my balloon about 4pm. i still didnt know what was inside the balloon all i could see was colorful paper confetti inside. it turns out she cut up little blue ribbons with the words "its a boy" in it. when i popped my balloon in front of my family it wasnt what i wanted. i had to find the stupid ribbons on the floor and then announce to everyone "its a boy" on my video you can hear my family saying how do you know? and me saying the ribbons. that was not how i envisioned the whole thing. I envisioned blue confetti going everywhere and everyone at the same time seeing that it was a boy. And to top it all off when i look at my picutres before the reveal i have 1 huge white ballon, 2 pink ones and two completely different colored light blue balloons. she couldnt even give me two matching blue balloons. My son is 9 months old now and i can say she definitely ruined this for me. I see pictures and it will always bug me that she took that away from me. if i can offer any advice to this owner is dont take on something you have no clue about, dont offer your opinion about anything. I dont give a damn if your a medium or not. dont lie or insult your customer. to add insult to injury she text me asking if i can send her a picture of the reveal to use as advertising. You have got to be a special kind of stupid to not see how wrong you are. If you need any special request like this i say just stay away!

I have nothing but, GOOD things to say about Ontario Party Supply! At first, I debated with my wife about going to them based on the yelp reviews I saw but, after going to another party supply store, paying the deposit and rental fees upfront and then on the day before our family event getting equipment that was in VERY POOR condition. I was in a bad place and I KNEW I couldn't take this stuff home and hear my wife complain! With the equipment loaded in my car, I decided to stop by Ontario Party Supply on my way home. It was the BEST decision I could have made. Within a few minutes Eric and his staff turned my dire situation with our family event around and bailed me out of a very BAD ordeal. All the while, I got a better deal from Eric than from the store I had just left. Needless to say, when I got home I had the backup plan before my wife could say a word, my wife was happy and our family event went off with a bang due to Ontario Party Supply's support! Since then, we just rented everything from them for my son's 21st birthday which happened to be during Cinco De Mayo weekend and it was ALL GOOD! They are now our 1st CHOICE when we think of a party and I and my family will be recommending them to our friends. Thanks Ontario Party Supply! And Eric, good looking out!

Worst service ever they told me they would bring the chairs and tables with the jumper the night before. Then they said they would bring the jumper the next day. It took them one hour to bring the supplies never again

First off if I could give this business negative stars, I would. They never answer phone calls and voicemail is always full. When your call is answered be prepared for rude service and to be hung up on! They delivered everything on the day of and forgot two tables and those weren't delivered until after the party started. I would not recommend this place even if they were free!
