I called to get tables and chairs for my mother's surprise birthday party at the last minute. I was shocked by how fast and easy it was to order and pick up the next day. I had problems sending my payment over on my end and they worked with me to get it to them smoothly without and other issues. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the Inland Empire not to mention how reasonable their prices are.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a Birthday party and needed the works. Joaquin and I believe her name was Ruth. They were the best they made sure I had just enough of what I needed. What I loved about them is they didn't try to push more sales. The Delivery was a breeze and they picked up the next morning. I will definitely use them again.

Beware of using this company. If you book them, have a backup plan. I put out a request on here with exactly what I needed. They responded back quickly to get my business but only to cancel at the last minute. I was concerned when they kept messing up the details of the drop off and pick up, but things seemed to be cleared up that morning and we were good. But 16 minutes before they were due to drop off the tables and chairs for my son's birthday party, I received a text (not a call) that they wouldn't be able to make it for my order (see attached screenshot). I couldn't believe it! It was my son's 10th birthday party, he was so excited about being double digits, we had almost 70 people coming, and I had no tables and chairs!!! I tried calling them to see if someone could at least drive chairs to me , but they didn't answer my call. I then called Joaquin who wasn't even aware of the situation. I was hoping it was a terrible misunderstanding, but he texted (not called me back) that they wouldn't make it because of mechanical issues. He said that he'd see if he could find someone else to help but he never contacted me back either way. It was 3:30pm and my son's party started at 4:30pm and all they could say was sorry for your inconvenience. On top of that, he didn't even refund my deposit right away. I had to request it back that night. That should've been immediately done. We had to buy chairs and tables from Home Depot and we still weren't able to get enough for people to have a place to sit. I was late setting up and it was hard to get set up and greet my guests. It was awful!!! And all they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience ". It was beyond inconvenience. Buyers beware if you decide to do business with this company.

I've used their services twice already and have been happy with them both times. There is no need to look anywhere else as they provide everything needed to plan a great party!They are flexible and quick to respond! I added things last minute to my order and were able to accommodate!

Good pricing and great service for last minute birthday party for my little sister . The people were very friendly and very fast to reply.

Joaquin was so helpful. I had a last-minute gathering and had no clue were to start. We were able to get the tables chairs and a jumper last minute.The delivery and pick up went so smoothly. The Jumper was very clean and in great condition, and the best part was the price. They are very reasonable. and even more important they were very professional and sweet. I will definitely spread the word to my family and friends. Can't wait for my next party, because I know we will be in great hands.
