I went to the shop today hoping I would get a nice Hawaiian meal so I order the katsu chicken meal normally it would be a good meal but today. The chicken katsu was only katsu and really they left out the chicken. I can say it was 70% batter and 30% chicken. The chicken was so thin all I feel I was eating the the fried batter and nothing else.Very disappointed I mean it's chicken why so cheap about it.

Came here yesterday for lunch when I was able to dine at a nearby restaurant. Paid $12-$13 for one scoop of rice, one scoop of macaroni salad & hardly any beef. In retrospect, I wish I drove further away to get a $4 burger or a $10 burger. Not worth the money and I'm not going to eat here in the future because prices are so high & portions are so small.

I love the shrimp and my kids love the beef and chicken. Clean and i'm always greeted when i come in. Sometimes the food takes long but not too bad. For Chinese new years they gave us scratchers and we got a free appetizer and meal.

Food is great like any other Ono Hawaiian. Menu is great although the old menu was better in my opinion. Ambiance is very Hawaii and love it. People are courteous.

Been coming here for a very long time. Everyone is always so polite. Costumer service is great. Tonight I came in with a friend and the front cashier Elana was so rude. No greeting, just had a mean face the whole time we ordered did not even talk to us nor told us our total. Not sure if she had a bad day, but she shouldn't take it out on others.

They would not honor a coupon that had been mailed to us stating that "they misprint it". Um, that is your error and you should value your customers enough to make it right. I sent a complaint, but never recieved a response. ThTheir customers clearly don't matter, so will no longer be one.

No ice. No tap water. What kind of manager doesn't know how to solve this problem? The greedy kind. Make you buy $3 tap water in a plastic bottle, which is not cold enough. Then - NO RECYCLING! Throw away that plastic bottle!The food was okay. Teriyaki chicken pretty good. Chicken Katsu - not bad. Kaluha Pork also not bad. Pluses: Broccoli included.Cons: Cabbage too tough to pierce with plastic forks which is their only utensil offered. The cabbage was also too large to eat easily. I honestly can make all of those dishes better than this restaurant. Ambiance: doesn't feel Hawaiian at all, though there is a surfboard off to the side.
