Ono Hawaiian BBQ

I popped in here with friends while they charged up the Tesla nearby. Because I have limited experience dining with this chain I figured I would sample a few things. The beef and chicken combination sounded like a good place to start, and a side of six fried shrimp. It took under 10 minutes to be ready, so that's a plus. The shrimp were a little dry, and the hot sauce was a tad thin, but they tasted fine. The beef is better than the chicken in my opinion, it's not too dry and holds the marinade flavors, whereas the chicken is thin and easy to overcooked.The rice was fine and the atmosphere in the dining room was also good. However, I doubt I'd come here (or another location) because the food quality for the price doesn't inspire me to expand the palate.

I took a star off for customer service. The ladies were not rude but they were not nice or friendly either. When asked about the menu she really had no input and basically said to order whatever I like. I went with the teriyaki chicken lunch plate. I'm a huge fan of the chicken and veggies. If I was eating rice at the time I would have got that as well but the chicken and veggies were very tasty. As for the macaroni salad, I do not like it. It's too thick for me and the taste is off. Later I learned that the macaroni salad is made with tuna and that right there is exactly why I don't like it. I do not like the taste of tuna. The facility itself is pretty clean and well taken care of. I still continue to come back to this location. Thank you for making delicious chicken.

Love their chicken, macaroni salad and spam masubi! Very quick service even for delivery. They also give good portions, this was enough for two meals!

Quite happy with my well seasoned and crispy chicken katsu! The order came in a reasonable time window.

This place is one of our favorites. They have really nice people and very attentive, the place is always clean, the price for the food is not bad at all. I don't think I've ever had a complaint about this place which is good. We come here very often :)

Delicious food and warm and fresh and they have Lilikoi juice! I will order again. The fire chicken was tasty and the bbq beef was fresh and good flavor.

Always it hot! never a low temp with the meat! rice NEVER SOGGY! competiors can't beat that! even if there was a mistake We definitely didn't notice by Lisa's beautiful hospitality, and so much skill, communicating to others not even besides customers I seen it with the employees other coworkers, and now for the manager Myra for stepping up and helping, for whatever reason, she felt the need to it was an amazing extraordinary act of kindness to ask if there was anything my Family and I needed knowing her team had already taken care of us. I appreciate that more than anything. I will be back in the Riverside / Moreno Valley area just to come back to this location. Now I know I don't have to go to any other Hawaiian to eat what a beautiful place Thank God for it!! ALOHA

The food is always fresh and amazing. The service is always friendly. Definitely worth the trip.

First of all I really like Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Today I was really disappointed. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ mixed meal which was suppose to be barbecue chicken, BBQ Beef ribs, andd short ribs. Wheb I got home and got ready to eat I was totally freaking upset to find that the meal they gave me was just the Barbecue chicken. No short ribs, or teriyaki chicken. I don't live near Ono Hawaiian so I just kept the food because I was so hungry. This meal cost me $17.00 freaking dollars! I advise anyone who goes there and orders take out, make sure you check your food before you leave. I wish I had checked before I got all the way home. So disappointed.
