I am from Hawaii and I am always craving a good plate lunch. Yes, this is a fast-food-style grab-and-go, but I always fully enjoy the combination of foods we get. So yummy and nostalgic of back home.Our go-to has been the chicken katsu/BBQ chicken combo. My bf has a newly discovered love for kalbi (short rib) so we now do the Kalbi/BBQ chicken combo and a regular chicken katsu plate to share.I like to order ahead so I don't have to wait. Everything is quick and ready to go. I have got my bf addicted to chicken katsu and shoyu (soy sauce) on his rice haha. It's an island thing :)

I always get the Hawaiian Bbq mix and it enough for me and my husband. Chicken is always tender and the beef and short ribs are cooked perfectly.I recommend this place.

I just love the Aloha plate with teriyaki chicken!! The portion is big for $12. It made 3 meals for me. The chicken is cooked perfect, the rice is moist and the salad is fresh and delicious. I love their salad dressing and the edamame added in. There is always a bit of a wait but I don't mind waiting for fresh food. The staff is always helpful and efficient and the place is clean. I recommend you try it!

The service today was extremely poor. The manager was more interested in condiments than the customers. She arrived late and the poor kid who was opening didn't know what to do. They couldn't turn on the menus and it took a long time for the register to be ready to take orders. This not the norm for this location. I have not seen this manager before.

Had macaroni salad with my meal. About 4 hours later I was in hell!! Stomach cramps w vomiting and diarrhea. Worst illness I've had in along time. Was up all night w chills, vomiting and wanting to die. I called store next morning to inform them. They weren't real concerned. They said, "Thanks for telling us". No apology I would steer clear unless you want a night of dry heaving and hell.

Ordered a family meal and some sides using Uber Eats and paid for delivery and a tip totaling $100 to get our food with no sauce in the bag. Called the store and Melissa said to do yelp or google review because there's nothing they can do. The first guy told me to come get sauce after I paid $$$ for delivery Great customer service.

Very disappointed with the service. Called to place an order and was immediately placed on hold, I waited for five minutes then hung up and called again only to be placed on hold immediately again for another five minutes, so my third time calling I was finally able to place my order after waiting for almost 15 minutes. The worker over the phone was short with me and rude. Not a pleasant experience at all. I've ordered at this location a couple of times and this is the only time I've had a problem with the service. Food is usually good to mid.
