This location just recently opened up and it's already so busy! I came in to a full house but my food still came out pretty fast. They even have a drive through. The portions are so good I can never finish an order in one sitting. I also love their macaroni salad to pair with the different meats! A few things that can improve is the service! I had ordered a catering package a week in advance and scheduled it for a pickup time which I've always done at other participating ono's which I can say I'm pretty familiar with the process my day approaches to pickup my order I went in to pickup my catering order at the scheduled time to only find out my order wasn't ready and was told to wait 10 mins which then turned into 35mins normally your order is done to be able to be picked up at the schedule time. Hoping next time this is a more successful pickup.

This place is clean, service was great, and the food was made fresh! I like how the rice isn't so thick in their spam masubi! Mac salad and chicken katsu was delish! A little long wait in the drive through but could totally understand since they make the food fresh. Well come back when in the are :)

What happened to this place? We went to this place a couple times since it opened and the service and the food was great. I ordered their spam musubi today and see for yourself, there was almost no meat. Spending over $7 for just two musubi with practically no meat is just disappointing. I know the quality of a place goes down eventually and they start skimping on things but surprised to see this soon.

This is a new location so I'm hoping it will improve. I stopped by for lunch and it took 20 min to get my food. By the time I got back to eat, I realized it was wrong I will give it another chance.

Came here a few days ago and although service was alright the plate of food they gave me had a few pieces of pink chicken that were inedible. The mac salad was sour and left a bad taste in my mouth so I ended up eating just the white rice, steamed vegetables and picked at the cooked chicken. I wouldn't eat at this location again.

I got sick from this location yesterday 10/13/2024. I got my food and when I got home to sit down and eat I bit into a piece of RAW UNCOOKED CHICKEN. Absolutely unacceptable. I woke up at 3 am throwing up. I went around 8:30 pm and did not go back to show the manager due to my infant being asleep. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Please do better.

Chicken was pink they gave me another side of Katsu some pieces were still pink ended up tearing the skin off to find the bad pieces and ate the good ones cause I was headed into work, I brought my own avocado which is what you see in the pic they do not sell avocado
