I booked One Hot Dish Catering for my wedding reception and the food and service were amazing!! We had over 70 people and Michelle and her team were extremely professional and accomodating to all the guests. There was clear communication and follow up throughout the process from the menu selection to the smaller details leading up to the event. I would highly recommend them!!!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! Michelle provided Hors d'oeuvres and a cheese platter for my birthday dinner, and everything was delicious. She is so professional and communicates every step of the process. She was on time and set up a beautiful display of hors d'oeuvres.I am looking forward to hosting another event and hiring her to cater.

My company and family have now used Michelle 2x in four weeks and they feel like old friends-Friends who can REALLY cook!Our first event was a company christmas party for 100 - full on fancy, buffet style with meat cutting station and full bar. We thought everything was perfect and couldnt handle all the compliments we got from vendors and customers . This past weekend I think was almost better. We threw a 60th birthday for my mom that was a family style BBQ and everything was delicious again. My favorite part is the service team by far - From Michelle, to the service staff to the bar. They take great initiative but know when they should ask, They treat our guest like family and friends and they leave our space looking as good as when they arrived. As s a hostess they make my life easy and delight my guests - what more could we ask for.

Let me just start off by saying Michelle's customer service is absolutely professional. Michelle is the owner & also the chef. This review is not about the food. However, my fiancé & I were looking for catering options for our wedding this year & we came across One Hot Dish & Michelle. She offers packages in many different cuisines such as Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, etc. Even better, she can help build a meal/package according to your budget & preference. You can definitely tell she puts her passion over business & will assist ANY WAY possible. I definitely recommend Michelle & One Hot Dish. :)

It was pleasure working Michelle and her crew! First, she came to our home so we can sample the food. Second, her food was amazing and third, during the event she made sure everyone was taken care of. Her setup was beautiful! My wife and I are glad we found her! We will be using her for any future events/parties.

The food was amazing. Michelle is the owner and chef. She was very accommodating. Plans changed at the last minute. Michelle was so supportive and came through for me. Dependable, reliable and caring. She made me feel like my event was the most important event she was catering which made me feel special. All my guest loved her food. We had the korean short ribs with all the fixings. I cant thank you enough.

SIMPLY THE BEST THERE IS!I hired Michelle and her team to cater our Corporate Anniversary party every year my business was in California. We insisted she prepare her Prime Rib each year. Last year we moved to Kentucky, and boy how we all commented it wouldn't be the same, with someone else's Prime Rib. I called Michelle thinking maybe I'd buy her and her team a plane ticket. She was gracious enough to give me the recipe! I couldn't believe it! She helped me figure out how much meat per person, step by step instructions... everything!!!Who does that? Talk about taking care of the customer long after the sale. Can't recommend them enough.

I cannot day enough amazing things about Michelle. I was in a huge bind when my venue got shut down due to covid. I had 12 hours to find someone to cater a small, now, in-home brunch for my sons Masters Degree virtual graduation. I told what I originally wanted along with my budget and she made it happen. The food was amazing in taste as well as presentation. She is now saved in my contacts and I will be calling on her in the future for sure.
