Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I rarely change my reviews....especially to a higher number but this place deserved a change due to our recent experience. The place overall did a complete turn around from my last visit. From us sitting so quickly with the nice hostess, who offered my kids children's menus to color on and crayons. To the exceptional service from VIRGINIA our waitress who went above and beyond with my family and our annoying requests. Additionally the food tasted wayyyy better!! The soup was piping hot the way we all like it, and full of flavor, that chicken dumpling soup alone we had 3 bowls!! Ugh so good. And the bread was also brought back fresh and always refilled timely. Our go to will always be the chicken Alfredo, for the extra money I get it fried aka chicken frittada. So much food for $23 bucks!!! Unlimited soup and breadsticks is just the kicker. The place was clean too and didn't smell like overused mop. It was just a way different vibe than last time. Even on a busy Saturday we had a great time and will come again!!

Have you heard of Comet or Ajax ?This is the view from the bar. The food and service were great. But watching the servers go in and out from the door with food trays worried me.

We came here witg 6 people and had a great time on jan 11th around 6pm.Food and service was phenomenal!What truly made our experience was our server Elia. She was extremely attentive, not leaving us with an empty glass at any in the night. A few of us did unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks, and our bowls never ran dry. There was a shortage on Parmesan cheese that night so she brought the last block to our table and gave us as much cheese as we wanted, it was so kind of her to go out of her way to think of us!! Seriously, the best waitress I've ever had !!

Went here the other day and I was surprised how pricey everything has become. $21 for a chicken fettuccine. Now that's outrageous. The service is great and the ambience of the restaurant is clean and well lit. I probably won't be coming back to O.G. For a while given how much of a price increase they have made on their food.

Taking another chance on this place because those commercials really get us craving this food. I couldn't believe that a similar thing happened to us where our names were lost in the system though the hostess sat us after we made them aware that we were called and told to wait and now 3 parties were seated after us. There is something seriously wrong with the system here. I can't fault the employees because everyone here is hustling! They're trying so hard but even the most patient of patrons will get pretty cranky if an hour goes by without food. Unfortunately it wasn't just our table either, it was our surrounding tables.I just think they need a system makeover. Something is off and whatever system they have in place the few times we have been here is not exactly working. The bar seems to be the one place that didn't have as many issues. Again, everyone was working so hard here but I think there needs to be some work on firing tickets. My husband said no more visits here. And I told him change the channel whenever their commercials come on so we don't get tempted to come back.

Much better experience this time. Soup came fast. And my salmon was very generous. Jake our Server was extremely polite and accommodating. Ambiance was normal, it was busy and a little loud but I could still converse with my date.

Spoke to a manager and she gave me a 25$ gift card and an extra dessert. Manager was apologetic and understanding but some staff, not all need more training. The guy running everywhere to curb side you were awesome.

It has been awhile since I've been to this location due to previous "not so happy" visits. Anyhoo, nothing has changed. Sat in the bar area on a Saturday afternoon and could immediately tell the bartender/server Alberto was by himself and very short and brief with guest as he was the only one running the bar area. Ok, let's see how this goes. We Get our food and it's looking good, thank god I put my glasses on as I was tossing my salad with a fork and I come an across a long brown hair that clearly wasn't mine!!! Game over! Not only that I ordered an apple martini that I never received, but they sure were trying to charge me. The manager credited the drink and said to us; do you want me to comp an appetizer or do you want dessert? Really? Girl take the salad with the hair off as well!!!! Are you kidding me. Then began to say they wear hairnets in the back and they are now cleaning the Salad bin to re sanitize it. AS YOU SHOULD. No apology, no nothing! I don't need you to comp anything just take pride in the service and food that is being prepared! I'm so done with this location. Service has been extremely below expectations every time and if I could give zero stars I would! Understaffed, poor service, food is mediocre.

Came in to do a take out order 8:15. I think the women was a manager and the host, didn't greet me when I entered. When I was asked what I needed I said I needed to place a take out order, the manager said she was getting the take out specialist. It's been over 15 minutes and no one has came up. I placed my order online 10 minutes ago and still no one. Should of done online order and avoided the bad service.

Horrible service. From the moment we came in it wasn't very inviting. I understand the wait time varies based on party size. Yes we had a larger party. Quoted us an hour or so, the female at the front desk was very rude. Asked if we would get a text notification she claimed it's only sometimes. Very inconsistent with the information. Got our food, it was great. Never got water refills. Bathrooms are filthy. Our bill was incorrect the server was very rude about it blaming us that we messed it up on the ziosk just really bad experience over all. We struggled with paying and there was no help. Irritating way to end our weekend. Don't recommend. The physical bill was one amount and the ziosk bill was another.
