I've made several purchases here and have been thrilled. All their stuff is gently used and priced so well, which is so important to a small business owner. I purchased a bunch of gently used (most were just like new!) upholstered stacking chairs for $20 each; later I stopped by a different office furniture store and found the exact same chair for $100 and each!The sales rep, Roberta has been so great to work with. I mentioned to her about different items I needed or wanted and she calls me when she sees something I might like comes in. That's excellent service.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! I went in there, completely clueless on what furniture to get for my new office space. The sales associate Roberta not only helped me pick the best furniture but she was super patient and kind. She went above and beyond in making sure me and my business partner were happy and satisfy. She even followed up on us about week after we purchased just to make sure the furniture we bought went perfectly with our new office! As for the furniture it is very good quality, we purchased three desk and one big conference table. Solid wood and extra shiny. I would definitely recommend office furniture outlet. Ask for Roberta!

If you shop on the weekend, and you don't take what you want home with you that day, make sure you find the salesperson that will be working on the day you will pick it up. Internal communication does not favor customer service. When I took a day off work to ensure I came on a day that my salesperson was working (because I was told I had to receive it from them and nobody else) it was just sitting in the office with my name taped to it. Nothing else needed. I chose a new chair instead of a used one and when I came for it, it was being used by the friend of an employee. Ok fine, it's a chair that is for sitting, but she had her feet on the seat. This is an entire warehouse of chairs. Go use one that isn't purchased by someone who wants a new chair and may want to take better care of their things that you do! Really? They have a wide selection of anything you could want but their customer service is lacking, their professionalism is poor, and their policies about business hours are lax. Don't shop near the lunch hour. Everyone will have a chum there to chat with, you won't be greeted and you will have to get someone else's butt out of your furniture.

I bought some desks for an office Along with other office supplies. I canceled some of the items was told l will get a refund, I'm still waiting after 4 months, they are giving me the run around. Very rude. Never ever! Buying a single item there! Worst customer service.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!Beware. They will charge you a restocking fee if you decide you need to change your order. This was an order that was never actually picked up. Tried several times to work with the sales person, Jason, and the CFO, but they would not work with me. Rather than a refund, I offered to spend the deposit on existing furniture, but they said they would rather keep the "restocking fee". No where in their contracts does it say they will not refund an order that was never picked up.I would never buy from this company. BEWARE

Great selection and prices, especially if you are looking for durable stuff for a home office. I was able to pick up a Herman Miller chair for about $100 less than anywhere on Craigslist. Highly recommended.

This company has a big selection of furniture! I was truely amazed on all the furniture its like being in a candy store. Anyways I went in to purchase furniture for my husbands company and they helped me find everything I needed for a great price. Plus they delivered and set it all up. My husbands office looks fabulous. So happy I went with Office Furniture Outlet.

Where can I even begin to start how great my experience was coming here I don't live in the neighborhood but well worth the drive let's start with Roberta she made sure I was well takin care off and very knowledgeable of her job and products this location has to offer I didn't know much about office furniture and what would go with what but she made sure I left happy and satisfied with what I was looking for will be coming back again with whatever furniture needs I need thank you sooo much for making this an easy experience for me
