This home chef delivers on bbq flavor! I've had his bbq beef ribs, pork ribs, and pulled pork sandwiches and they are all so flavorful. Albert usually has pop ups every Friday at the Eastvale Collective Market, but also does other pop ups. Follow him on Instagram to see when and where he'll be throughout the week @ochoassmokehouse. I first tried out his bbq when he was selling out of his home last year and I was impressed with the delicious smoky flavor and he also has tasty sides like hatch chile mac & cheese and brisket baked beans. If you like bbq, definitely try Ochoa's, he really knows his way around a smoker. Once you try it, you'll want to go back not only for the food but for the friendly customer service... Just want to say first off that Albert and his family are amazing people. We were greeted and welcomed with nothing but smiles. On the round we got a brisket Sando plate which came with their brisket baked beans and hatch Mac and Cheese everything was full of flavor and tasted fresh. There set up was clean and welcoming. Menu was easy to understand and they answered any questions we had. We will definitely be returning keep an eye out on there instagram for there next pop up locations

Amazing food made by an amazing man! He really knows his BBQ and I should know cause I used to live in TX! The first time I tried his brisket it was the closest thing that ever felt reminice Tx home BBQ. The hatch Mac and Cheese and pasta salad are amazing as well. Give em a try.

If you have a bbq craving you have to go check out Ochoa's smokehouse. I had the brisket sando with hatch Mac n cheese & bbq beans. Everything I had was delicious. Can't wait to go back and try the what's up riverside plate!

Where do I start off!! This place not only has amazing food but their customer service is amazing. To start off their pulled pork sandwiches are my favorite with their brisket baked beans . Ohh my gosh I'm drooling just typing this up. Overall your experience would be 10/10.

Good bbq in So Cal is VERY hard to find, look no further! Hands down some of the best pulled pork, brisket, you name it it is killer Que! Best service and communication you will ever experience. The owners are so nice and pay great attention to detail. Nothing but the best quality meats used! Can not recommend anyone other than Ochoa's Smokehouse. Beats up on any competition in Corona and beyond.
