The food take a while to arrive but the reason I wanted to write a review is for our waitress zoriyah.She was so friendly and had positive upbeat personality. Service has horrible our waiter took our order and then brought us our food and left she was walking around so we asked her for hot sauce and she never brought it and went to talk to another customer.then we asked another waiter for ranch and she said ok but then went to talk to another customer and never brought it . When we were leaving we never seen the waiter and we asked the lady at the register for ranch and she said ok but never went and got it . We only seen our waiter once we will not be coming back for a while!

Decided to have breakfast at The famous Norms. Never disappointed here, food is always fulling and delicious. It can be loud at certain times of the day but for the most part it is average. The service was great with a smile. Left here full and happy with the service. Definitely will be coming back soon.

Norms was one of the first places I went for breakfast when I moved here to California, I didn't go to this particular location but to a similar one. This Norms is located in a strip mall with easy access and plenty of parking available. We were greeted and seated right away. The place is nice, the ambiance is good. We ordered coffee and the traditional "Virgin Screwdriver " ;) and got them right away.Then we ordered breakfast: the traditional stuff eggs, ham, sausages and hash browns; it was delicious. Freshly cooked and tasty. Price wise is very good, of course I'll be back

Norms! Took the papa to get his ribs. Really papa? Okay. It was what you'd expect from a diner..stick to the easy stuff. Classic interior and warm welcome, seated promptly. Not crowded and lots of open tables. Service was a little annoyed by the requests from our table. Almost borderline rude. Maybe it was a long day but it was before 1pm so maybe just an off day. But should a customer feel like an annoyance or a guest? Have never been to this location for a meal but first impression may detour a second visit.

Ordered a garlic mushroom T bone steak and it was tough, so chewy and very rubbery. Cant even cut it to begin with. Server and host were both nice and replaced my order with a Chorizzo eggs benedicts as per request. The food was topped with deep fried eggs instead of poached eggs. Bathroom was trashed up and was super gross. Will never recommned and will definitely not coming back.
