I had my daughter's quinceañera here in March 2024 and everything was so beautiful and the service was amazing. They made it very easy to plan everything. The food was delicious and the bartenders were fast. The owner was so wonderful with us. My family has already booked thru them for other events this year as well. Just a wonderful experience over all.

Where do I start first off Mr Fred and his staff are very polite and professional we had my daughters Quinceanera here and everything was perfect we had the best time the decor was beautiful the venue covered so much made my life easier no having to put things together or clean up grateful we found this venue highly recommend Norco Village Banquet Hall

Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how our family felt. We had booked my daughter's Quinceañera here in Nov of 2019 for May 2020. Total for 150 people was $6500. We put down a security deposit of $500 which was going to be returned after the event, and had made $1200 worth of payments by March 2020. Then the pandemic hit. We were initially told we needed to book it out 6 weeks because of the circumstances, which we did. Then we had to push it out to October 2020. Then May 2021. During this entire time there was no communication on their part. I had to call and leave a voice message and waited 3 months at one point for a return call. As it was getting closer to May 2021 and the state wasn't allowing indoor full capacity events yet, we decided it would be best to cancel our event, and the banquet refused to give our money back even though we offered for them to keep the $500 deposit. They only gave us the option to keep pushing the date out until it was safe to have the party. While we understood this situation was out of their hands, in the contract it clearly states cancellation due to inability to have the event over an "act of God" is allowed. However, only the hall can cancel and they chose not to. The pandemic was no one's fault, and it didn't make sense to keep pushing the Quinceañera out when my daughter was almost 17 now, but the owner never budged. The other offer he made was that if we released our date and he booked a party that day, he would return our money. But of course, that never happened. The owner stated that because their business had suffered financial loss, they needed to keep the money. Yes, we suffered financial loss as well. I have friends who were in similar situations with a planned wedding and Quinceañera at other event centers and they were able to get fully reimbursed. Buyer beware.

Had my daughter's Sweet Sixteen party there and I'm so thankful for everything they did to make my daughters party so amazing we LOVED IT!!!!! Wanted to Thank the owner and Lidia for there help and Lucy for hosting the event (thank you Lucy and your staff for taking good care of my family and friends THANKS) And to thank the lady that decorated the hall we Loved it, nice simple and elegant (sorry that I forgot your name) THANK YOU ALL!!!!! Highly recommend it.

Norma was awesome. Staff was great. Only downfall is that I had a lot of alcohol and it was not all used or put out. So at the end of the night while waiting on last people to leave I remembered that I had much more alcohol so I requested to go back in and went to the kitchen area and found my alcohol. I had labeled all my bottles with my name. I was disturbed because it was in a black bag as if the staff was going to take it home. This does not reflect on Norma. I also had keepsakes on the tables and many said the staff picked up the keepsakes. I didn't see it and I want to hope people are not that mean.

I had my wedding reception here and its was very nice. The owner Fred is very nice and helpful. They offer everything you need for your event. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because they mostly cater to Hispanic people so every vendor was Hispanic & doesn't speak English or very broken English so I was frustrated when talking to them.The other reason was the DJ was awful, he didn't play any of the music I email to him and I had to tell him to do everything...again because he didn't speak English very well and wasn't comfortable running the event.

I cannot believe how amazing this place was. I had my daughter's first birthday here and it was beyond expectations. From the beginning, Fred and Norma were extremely easy to work with, they worked with my budget and Fred provided some last minute changes to accommodated our party. Our guest were so impressed with this venue. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!Highly recommended!

Beautiful venue and amazing staff. Fred and Lucy were extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process and even the day of the event. They were willing to work with me to make any changes necessary to make my event run smooth and i truly appreciate that !! The hall is very spacious and their setup was great. Out of courtesy to the servers of this hall I am giving 2 Stars. My niece had her 15anera there a few weeks. We expected to arrive to appetizers and they were not provided, although they were discussed at great length. Guest arrived hungry after a long day of pictures and attending mass, they were disappointed. The dinner had to be moved up which threw off the itinerary and schedule. It caused the mother of the 15anera undue stress on a special day. A refund for appetizers was expected and unfortunately it was not what was expected. My advice record your planning meetings because although she wrote it all down, provided a written itinerary a week before the event, still the day of she was told that appetizers were not an option due to Covid. Which is information that would have been helpful during the planning process. The bartender the hall recommended did a good job. The facility was clean, restrooms clean, it was nicely decorated. The hall recommended a photographer I will leave that review for a different day...
