We love their noodles. Nothing beats the chewiness of their hand pulled made from scratch noodles. The signature broth is clean, rich and flavorful. Looking forward to their reopening!

I've visited this restaurant a few times now and the food and service is consistently on point. I'd suggest trying the - Signature Beef Noodle Soup - Tasty broth with a lot of toppings that will make you walk out with a full stomach.Beef Roll Pancake - Crispy and perfectly sweet. This is one of the best beef roll pancakes I've had. Potato String Shrimp - Unique take on fried shrimp. Very delicious and worth trying.The noodle portions are big and shareable. The service is very attentive. We were checked on multiple times during our meal. There's a lot of parking spots in this new plaza. Noodle St is a gem in this area!

My visit this time around was much much better, it wasn't as busy as I thought. But we did have an early dinner around 5pm on a Sunday when Daylight saving time changed. Spicy Beef Noodle - there is a kick and I'm not complaining. Broth is flavorful. Standard round noodles have just the right amount of bounce and silkiness. There were only about 4-5 pieces of beef.Signature Beef Noodle - very clean broth. Not that flavorful and no depth. Chicken Spicy Wontons - wrapper is silky. Make sure you stir up the dish to get all the bits in the sauce up.Beef Roll Pancake - wished there was more beef, it's pretty empty in my opinion. Sometimes there's tons of cilantro& green onions, sometimes it's just enough.

The soup was good! I tried to order to go before but it didn't really like their spicy beef noodle. But today i decided to try dining in because my husband was craving it for months. We ordered Signature Beef Soup, Bone In Rib Noodle, Juicy Pork Buns, and Potato String Shrimp.I really love the knife cut noodle, really chewy! And the type of meat they use for signature beef soup is totally different than the spicy beef noodle soup. The one i ordered today has a tender meat which i like more. My husband got the bone in rib noodle with standard noodle, i tried the ribs and it was so good and soft! Love it!Juicy Pork Buns and Potato String Shrimp was good too, but not "amazing".Service was really nice, all workers very attentive. I love this place! They also have a nice interior. We will be back for sure

Stumbled upon this noodle street location conveniently located in Eastvale. A much closer drive for us. We were warmly welcomed and seated right away. Immaculately clean. Servers were very friendly and attentive. Love the efficient team work here. Our entrees were delicious! We opted for the hand cut noodles. The noodles were satisfying as ever. I wish they had more variations for noodle options. Egg & tomato was good prefer a little more Al dente omelette just personal preference. The kung pao had the traditional chicken, bell peppers, onions, peanuts and chilis. Loved the sliced roasted garlic! I added some chili oil and it was spiced just right. Eastvale is making their mark in the restaurant world! Can't wait to see what else they have in store.

Love their hand-pulled knife cut noodles made fresh in the restaurant! Their beef noodle soups are delicious with generous portions of meat and amazing noodles. The inside is pretty spacious with lots of seating available.

Pay attention to your receipt, not just here but other places.Restaurants just love it when you don't pay attention.

Me and my husband are regulars but havnt went in weeks due to busy schedules we love noodle st its amazing i was planning to go and when i did it was 4:pm and closed we went the next day still closed can anyone tell me what happen? Is this gonna be closed permanently im gonna cry if it does
