Trent is the best. Food is amazing and the staff is very attentive. The dining area is thoroughly clean and I can't say enough good things about this place. It took a while for them to open this location but it was definitely worth the wait.

Reminds me of xi an noodle chains. Pretty plain. Some rice noodles, a tiny bit of meat, some greens and radish, and some soup. Then you can add some sauce, and some chili pepper flakes/oil if you want.Nothing super special, but the food is still good and a great easy option for a quick meal that you don't really wanna think too much about. Food is prepared fast and I love that they separate the soup and noodles when you order to go.

Nice! My first experience here with my family was pretty great. I would note that the dishes are a bit more expensive than some other similar places, but it looks like they make sure the experience is included with that price. From the premium napkins, the chopsticks, to even a pair of scissors I got to use to cut up food for my kid. The staff are super friendly, and in case your kid has an egg allergy, know that you can just order the knife cut noodle, which has no egg in it.We enjoyed the Xiao Long Bao, and the Beef Wrap is tasty, but keep note that is a good amount of green onion inside. The Signature and Dan Dan Noodle was delicious. Just know that the Dan Dan Noodle is soup based, not a dry noodle. Looking forward to come back as it was fast, clean and a great first experience. There seems to be a lot more to try! Until next time !

I'm so glad Noodle St. opened a location in Chino Hills! No more long drives to Eastvale for my noodle fix, especially since I heard that location is under remodel right now. Note that for some reason CH doesn't have all the menu items as Eastvale. I stopped by for my go-to order: the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup with Knife Cut Noodles. It was just as delicious as always - comforting and flavorful. I also ordered the Beef Rolls, which had a nicely crispy and flaky pancake wrap. While they add a little more of the sweet sauce than I'd prefer, it was still very tasty overall. This spot is a great addition to the area, and I'm looking forward to coming back!

4.5 but I'll round up. Wasn't sure how good this place would be but glad my friend recommended it. It's honestly pretty good. I wouldn't say the best compared to other really bomb noodle/dumpling houses I've tried but it's def best in Chino that's for sure.Food: Honey walnut shrimp- it's a fried battered shrimp that they then glaze with the honey mayo. It totally resembles the traditional dish but it's kinda cool to reimagine it. Was good and would recommend.Spicy beef noodle soup- Really good and broth was solid. Would recommend getting the boss knife cut style. I wasn't quite sure what you expect since some pictures make it look like the lanzhou style beef noodle soup. Maybe the non spicy version is that kind I'm not sure... But this one tastes more like the tw settle braised beef noodle soup which is what I wanted. It def hit the spot. Beef rolls- par for the course. Good but nothing specialJuicy pork xlb- can confirm it was juicy. Also hit the spot. Would recommend. Chicken stir fry noodles- bomb but so oily. Also get this with knife cut noodles.Overall, good spot to get that Chinese food in. Would recommend and wouldn't mind stopping by again. Service was on point which is insane for a Chinese restaurant so def points there as well.

This place opened up recently nearby and there was already a line of people waiting when they opened at 11:30.I ordered shredded veggie salad ($5.80), Xiao long bao ($12.80), pork cabbage dumplings ($12.80), savory braised chicken noodle ($14.80), and Korean bbq with rice ($14.50). I ordered the chicken noodle knife cut since it was more chewier than the standard noodle. The chunks of chicken was boneless and moist. It was seasoned nicely, it was not spicy and had lots of chopped red peppers onions, potatoes, and woodear fungus. The shredded veggie salad came with thin slices of potato, bean sprouts and seaweed. The Korean bbq was drizzled with a sweet bbq marinated sauce on white rice. The xiao long bao was juicy and not too thick. The pork cabbage was ok. They had bottles of black vinegar and soy sauce on the table but no small container or sliced ginger to dip the dumplings in. The staff was nice and attentive. The tables were filled in quickly and the place was clean. The restroom layout was weird since you have to exit the restaurant to go to the restroom doors.

Wow, what an amazing place to eat at the noodles were just perfect. The meat was extremely good.!!!We tried the orange chicken, the spicy noodles the watermelon water , and clear broth with noodles for our little guys. One of the rarest things to see in a restaurant is a staff that is all extremely helpful and everyone stops to ask if you need anything and all are willing to help what an amazing experience They were also super accommodating to my three little grandbabies. It seems very fast food type restaurant yet the experience is more of a high-quality sit down restaurant so absolutely pleased. I just wish they would open one in Austin, Texas. Our gurl Vanessa was absolutely pleasant... she needs to write a book on customer service. :). Thanks Vanessa... youre awesome

Not bad! pretty solid spot to grub on! My fam and I went to this noodle shop cause we want to try something different. We were initially going to go to the next door restaurant, but this place is new.. so why not. The ambiance is clean and pretty bright, which is expected to new restaurants in town. The service is getting there, but a little shaky cause it's new so can't ding them there :) The servers are doing their best.. you can tell but still a little confused lol. I ordered their signature beef noodle, which looks appetizing and delicious. The noodle are the best part of this dish.. handmade and was freshly served. Although their meats and soup is ok but not memorable. I ordered their Beef pancake, which is the best dish they have in my opinion. My fam loves it! My brother and girl ordered their dumplings. It's kinda underwhelming cause it's a lil bit chewy.. but their meat tastes good and can be improved. Overall, I would love to try this again.. I gave it a 4/5 because every things I pointed out can be improved in time. Great addition to the city :)
