Service: Ask for the 3 Muchacho's! That would be Ethan, Jorge & Richard! Though they are great, I'd have to say Ethan is the best! Now let's talk about the food! Though the first time there in several years I ordered the "Old Chicago" sandwich, it was awesome! However, at the second visit, I just had to have that sandwich again! Sadly I noticed that some portion had been blacked out from the menu, I asked what was missing, was told that they no longer had the coleslaw for the sandwich.... Talk about disappointment!?!?!? Wow! So I ended up ordering the meatball grinder... it was pretty but, only had 2 meatballs in it. Not such a great choice! Not sure if I will go there again at this point??? The 4 stars are mainly for the service! The food not so much...

Tried their Meatball & Salami grinders, and also ordered 2 individual pizzas for our boys. The prices for the Grinders & individual pizzas are super fair, & the food is delicious!My only complaints are that the restaurant seems really dirty, including the restroom. + the portion sizes for the Grinder sides are realllllly small.

I've always loved eating here since I was young, the vibes are fun and cozy as well, but the older lady with long white hair is ALWAYS so rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. She doesn't even look like she wants to be there. We had a reservation and they had us move TWICE across the restaurant because they didn't have our reservation when we paid $50 deposit?? & I was with my uncle who is disabled, it's already hard enough for him to walk & got no apology. Real apathetic. If you can't run a restaurant, don't. If this was MY restaurant I'd be so embarrassed.

Omg!!!! First time here and I will never have pizza anywhere else!!! The staff was very nice and welcoming, the managers Heather and jaren were so nice. I ordered a x large pizza and was shocked at how big it actually was, way bigger than most XL pizzas I've had before. Love the atmosphere and prices are super reasonable!

Very good pizza. Finally came in and was a great atmosphere and Richard was great. They have video games and a jukebox. Thought I can come in and get some work done, have a beer and watch a game Came in on Thursday and there was a sign saying two hour limit to eat, they advertised that sports are on TV and beer is served so I guess you have to pick what game lasts two hours or hope that nothing goes into overtime. Just don't like to be pressured when eating and relaxing. Through me off but still ordered my pizza that I waited all day for. Maybe just a fluke but I will see.

Not very good. The kid serving the pizza lied to me three separate times stating the wings were being cooked. Then after 30 minutes of waiting I addressed it again and he said they didn't have the order. The wings finally came out and for $10.99 each "wing" was no bigger than the size of a quarter. Service was awful and food was just as bad.

Horrible pizza nasty wings , we came in to watch the games they only had 2 tvs on with no sound .. I wanted to watch the game in the back tv they would not turn tv on and I already order that nasty pizza soggy dry wings . The manager had no customers service at all looked like he wanted to go home . No wonder they have no customers.. this place has gone down the toilet.. haven't you heard the saying customer is always right
