This review is solely for the service. The furniture was decent and a little step up from IKEA. Everyone wore their mask and kept their distance. Skip this place and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect.While my boyfriend and I looked for bedroom furniture, the salesman who mentioned that he was Cuban approached us. Didn't catch his name. He asked what we are looking for and if we needed a full, queen, or king bed. To which he then commented, "you probably need a queen bed because you're big." That was extremely disrespectful and rude. As a business person, you do not disrespect a customer, especially if you are trying to connect with them to get a sale. The gentleman continued to insult us and continued the conversation of large people and being lazy after coming home from work. We couldn't relate and it rubbed us the wrong way, so we took our business elsewhere. If you drive a nice car or look lean then you'll get better service than we did.

They were very helpful helping us find a bed frame for my daughter's college apartment. And more importantly very affordable!

My girlfriend and I recently moved to Moreno Valley from Los Angeles and were in the market for a brand new couch. We were also on a semi-tight budget after spending so much on moving, but we also wanted to invest on a comfortable couch to spend time on and to do some work from. The moment we entered Nick and Sons, we were greeted with warmth and welcomeness. Despite Covid, the staff were very helpful, kind, and did their best to assist us. We saw this gray couch in the corner of the showroom and immediately loved it. My girlfriend and I were afraid that a couch of this quality and magnitude would cost us around $2K but to our surprise, it only costed under $800 (two throw pillows included). With delivery, setup, and taxes we ended up spending a little over $1K!!The couch was delivered to us in about 4 days and the two guys that brought the couch in were just as kind as the in-store staff. The couch was delivered during one of the hottest days in Moreno Valley, in addition to us living on the 3rd floor with no elevators. The delivery guys were impeccable, moved at rapid pace, yet were efficient and careful in their movements. They also called a day ahead to confirm everything, which was nice because moving gets chaotic and there was a possibility we'd forget about things.My girlfriend and I will definitely be coming back to Nick and Sons to purchase more pieces for our new apartment. I wanna thank everyone in the business for their wonderful aura, and doing all they can to help customers, even in the middle of a pandemic. I highly recommend this spot to everyone!!

So far so good! Went in to help my daughter in law to pick out bedroom furniture and mattress. They were super helpful and we didn't feel pressured. Prices are fair and delivery fee is reasonable.

We recently purchased a sofa at Nick & Sons. They have very good selection of furniture that is very reasonably priced. Their service is top-notch. They had the sofa we wanted in stock and delivered it 3 days later. The delivery team was on time and very courteous. For great service and selection, Nick and Sons can't be beat.

Make your website user friendly! Too difficult to find what we want.Oh well, too late to fix it now.

We purchased a comfortable Ashley couch and loveseat from Nick's this week. We are very happy with the selection and value at Nick's--we had never been there before, and found that their customer service is excellent. No pressure, no rush, and lots of options. Everyone at the store was so nice--the salesperson, the owner, and the delivery men.

I recently just moved and I needed a couch and I was looking for a sectional and I have been to many different furniture places, and I just couldn't find a price that suited me and I came across Nick and sons and what I was looking for they had and for a much better deal for the exact same product. I appreciate the two gentlemen helping me make my new place feel like home I love my couch I couldn't be more happier! Thank you for providing me with excellent customer service and paying attention to my needs and being patient with me. I can't wait to shop with you guys in the future.

We bought a recliner couch set (two couches), two weeks ago. Nick and Jacob were very friendly and nice and helpful. The issue we have is the quality of the couches. They look great, but anyone that sits on our couches longer than 20 minutes, starts having neck and back pain. Both couches. I don't know if it is poor quality in general, or if these couches were poorly made. We called and spoke to the owner and there is no way to return or exhange couches, even if they are basically painful to everyone to use/sit in. We have couches we spent almost $2000 on that no one wants to sit in or use because they are so uncomfortable. We were pretty much dismissed with our issues when we called, even though we just recently bought them- there is nothing they can do, essentially. We were told they can let the manufacturer know our concerns, but I don't know if anything will come of that. Be mindful of the quality of the furniture you are buying here. We really wanted to like these couches, and kept thinking, oh, a couple more days, they will break-in. It has gotten worse, it seems. Now, we are pretty much stuck with two good looking, but awful to sit-in couches.
