Order from anywhere else. If you like overpriced damaged furniture, this is the place for you. They delivered a dresser that was scratched and dented. When I asked them to replace it, they said "if you received a car with a broken windshield, they wouldn't replace it!"There are hundreds of different options to chose from. Spare yourself from a headache to come if you are considering Newport Cottages.

We recently purchased a bunkbed and a dresser for our kids. The service was wonderful and the sales rep was really accommodating, patient, and honest in helping us choose between a large catalog of furniture piecesI look forward to many more purchases. Could not have asked for a better experience

I purchased a Beverly bed and Devon bookcase for my daughter about 6 months ago. They're very high quality furniture pieces no scratches or marks 'til this day. I plan to order one of their baby cribs before my wife is due

Absolutely love Newport Cottages and their children's furniture! We visited while I was pregnant and have since made a few orders online as well. Their prices are totally comparable to Pottery Barn or even Amazon and I'd much rather support a small business in the Newport area. The quality of the furniture I bought are perfect-- very safe material for my kids.Customer service is always so helpful and makes everything very stress-free. Highly recommend to any new parent or anyone looking to create their baby's dream room! :)

I am very overdue in writing this review. I am incredibly satisfied with the customer service of this company, Newport Cottages.It was so convenient having the baby furniture delivered right to my house (had I bought it somewhere else from a local store).Prices were great as well. Quality is outstanding. I would buy from Newport Cottages again, should the opportunity arise. Blessings!!

We placed and received our order and when it arrived we were so happy with the quality and finish. We live in SoCal and had the opportunity to visit Newport Cottages' showroom in Riverside where they handmake all pieces to order!! Very impressive operation and great staff. We worked with Christina and Pockets and they were so helpful assisting us with color choices and hardware. Highly recommended Newport Cottages.

My order arrived this morning and I just finished building my newborn's crib and nightstand. Her room looks amazing. My wife and I are both really happy with our choices!

If you want to enjoy your furniture before your child outgrows it, look elsewhere. They took longer than promised for production, and when I had to cancel my order to purchase elsewhere, they retained my $1,000 deposit! Unethical and very unfair, as we had a contract and they did not meet their end of the bargain. I've obtained an attorney and they are STILL ignoring me. Save yourself a ton of time and money and buy your furniture from someone who can deliver it within a few months.

I wish I could give them a 5 star review as the pieces are lovely. Unfortunately, that is all there is good to say. The finish on the Monterey 60" dresser purchased in February cannot withstand even remotely normal use (nor was it, apparently, able to withstand shipping without some scuffs). When this was shown to the store that sold the product, they were told by Newport that the user shouldn't stand near the dresser while wearing a belt buckle! Here's a piece of advice - if you know your product can be damaged by a common piece of clothing, you should probably rethinking your design and quality control. If you think that telling us customers not to wear a belt buckle while using your product is an example of good customer service, think again. And if you think you can hide behind your retailers and let them take the abuse for you, we customers know where the fault truly falls.So, please, produce your products correctly, and man up and stand behind them when you don't.

Company is horrible and poorly run. The cribs are designed to break, whomever thought putting the legs on s heavy crib with nails and glue should be fired. I am waiting 6 months just to get touch up paint, every time i call its s different story. Stay away!!!
