Booked their Lasertag service for our church festival. They did an incredible job handling the kids. The kids had a blast! Definitely looking forward to booking with them again.

We just had this truck for my daughter's 13th birthday and it was so awesome! The kids (and some of the dads!) had a blast and were entertained the whole time! They showed up about 15 mins early to set up and were so helpful to the kids while they played. We definitely recommend New Age Gaming for your teen's party!

Disappointed. The VR system was dead after 10 minutes of use. All the kids tried playing the outside race car game and it did not work correctly. The two workers provided were inside playing games instead of helping the kids. Kids were asked to get out of the truck 10 minutes early. Contacted customer service after I was told about the Vr issues by my son. Was given the run round. Said they would refund $75 but I feel like it was not worth the $325 that we paid. Was told they had 3 VR's but that was not the case. The one they had only last 15-20 minutes per them. Co-owner" was was very argumentative, accusatory, and rude. When I asked for a refund he accused me of extortion?!?! Do yourself a favor and book another company.

So much fun. Staff was friendly and helpfu! Hired for 14 year old party, everyone loved it!

I mean, I can't speak to experience using them, but finding them on google and calling several times as well as text (like the website reads) trying to book they do not answer. They don't answer or respond. If they are out of business they should be removed from rental recommendations.

we had booked a party for this month on 3/18. we gave our deposit and a week later we received an email telling us our event was cancelled do to the lost on an owner and that we were going to refunded for our deposit. this was on 2/20/23. till today we have not received our deposit, nobody is responding to emails and the #951-786-8269 doesnt pick up. I understand if there was lost we did express our condolences. so not sure if the business is still running but i'm just trying to get our funds back.

Simply amazing! Thank you for your top notch and very friendly service. My son's 8th Birthday was a big hit! New Age Gaming is the way to go. Excellent setup, gear and tech! All the kids had such aWonderful time with the Laser Tag and the gaming truck was just excellent.

Since the first contact with owner Victor up until the end we received quality customer service. The truck arrived a little late due to weather but as soon as they arrived I was informed they would be making up the time and adding and extra 15 minutes. The truck was very cool and had all the games the kids wanted. It was nice and clean and at all times there was a gentleman attentive to what the kids needed. My son had the best birthday party ever and we felt it was money well spent. We will definitely be calling Victor again in the near future! Thank you!

Super fun! My son had a blast. Couldn't do a big party due to COVID so this was perfect! They arrived on time and Mary is quick to respond. I loved the outdoor gaming experience as well. All ages would definitely enjoy it!

Like other reviews have said, don't waste your time. They fail to respond to booking requests, Yelp messages, or even phone calls. Their voicemail says their inbox is full. If you advertise as a reputable business but can't respond to requests, people will go elsewhere. Buy bye
