Had a Nava Bratwurst at a pumpkin patch recently. Best bratwurst I've ever had. Could have eaten another but the line was too long!

So good! They had booth here in downtown Campbell at Octoberfest. I ordered the originally bratwurst which was mouth watering. The buns were nice and soft and the bratwurst was topped with choice of grilled onions or sourKraft.

Nava Sausage Co. is by far delicious and scrumptious as you can possibly get. Pan frying the sausage is a-okay when you are on a quick meal to-go kind of ordeal. Not saying it's a bad thing, just the delightful taste and flavorful all around. During the pandemic Nava Sausage Co. was my go-to delivery service. At this time you have to remember, the pandemic - the shut down of everywhere and any where. During the times of when toilet paper was scarce and people hoarding everything and anything to be safe. Nava Sausage Co., delivered and fulfilled - top notch service. Prior to the pandemic, my first taste of the product was in Octoberfest, Good times when mask and covid did not exist. The prices at that time and during these days are about the same. The flavors of the sausage are far from different from store bought sausages which stand out to be unique and more controlled levels of flavorful ingredients. Fast forward into current times they have upgraded to a food truck and witnessed the growth of the business along with a plethora of food choices of course implemented with sausages. Overall quality service comes equipped with quality food is a rare trait to have these days.

Such amazing food. Each item I have tried I have fallen in love with. Always a great choice for BBQ on sundays.

I received my order of breakfast, polish and Italian sausages. They were packed in ice and still frozen. I just tasted the Breakfast sausage. They are meaty and delicious! Thank you, Nava for the excellent customer service and quick delivery!!!

I put a order in for three packs of sausage July 26. It arrived a week later not packed in ice and hot! Of course it's spoiled. I spoke to someone and they said there had been a problem in shipping and to dispose of it and they would replace it next week. The order never showed up. I called again and this time nobody picked up. Seems like my call was being avoided. I then sent a email. The response was they would ship out a new order but not until the next week with a complementary salami. Well that week has come and gone with no delivery. Now I can't get ahold of anyone. I would not recommended this company to anyone. I am very disappointed. Terrible customer support. I'm just glad I did not spend more money than I had planned. I did receive a replacement order today but it was also hot and not packed in ice. This is ridiculous!!!! They have issued a refund. Unfortunate for them to loose a costumer who planned on a continuous order. All they need to do is go back to packing In styrofoam with ice pack. I'm sorry I told all my friends to try this service. Hope they can get their act together. If your looking for hot spoiled meat this is your place!Update Aug 27 still no refund
