We asked Napoli Italian Restaurant to cater a wedding rehearsal dinner that included people who had travel to the event from all over the country.Napoli was amazing! The food ordered was delivered right on time, hot and very fresh looking. The food included lasagna, pasta Alfredo, garlic bread, garden salad and fried tortellini for an appetizer. The food was loved by everyone with most of them having a second helping. The comment heard most was "this is the best lasagna I ever ate!". The fried tortellini was a hit too.Thank you Napoli for helping make this event a success!

Napoli Italian Restaurant in Loma Linda offers a wide variety of Italian dishes; however, the service and food left us feeling underwhelmed. We came at opening on a weekend and, perhaps, that is where it went wrong. The lady who opened up the restaurant opened later than the time posted on the door but that was no biggie. When we got inside, she had us wait near the door. Clearly, she was the only one at this establishment. She seemed a bit bothered as we waited for her to seat us. But it took her even longer to come back and take our orders. She seemed to like the other guests near us because she didn't exude a positive vibe with us as she did with them.Of course, when the service isn't good, it seems to dampen the quality of the food as well. We ordered Grilled Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Ziti al Forno + Italian Sausage, Lasagna Classico, and Linguini Pescatore. The complimentary Italian bread was delicious and probably our favorite from any Italian establishment. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and I preferred it over the Ziti al Forno.Overall, the food was good but the service could have been better. The ambiance was ok but I'm sure it's at its best in the evening hours. Again, the service just wasn't what we expected. It may take some time before we decide to come back.

Napoli was chosen because of close proximity to Loma Linda University Hospital.Although we did find parking in the very small lot in a busy strip mall it was tight and challenging to navigate. The restaurant itself was almost empty at 6 pm and when we left at 8:30 it was still pretty empty. We had a lager group of 10 and the gave us a private room all to ourselves, I also noticed another private room and it remained empty our entire stay.Service was just fine, congenial, professional. The evening's specials were explained well.On to the food. Most of us rated it from underwhelmed to satisfied. My brother in law loved the veal Parmesan and I noticed his portion was nearly double over my chicken Parm. For 3 bucks more absolutely get the veal Parmesan as my chick Parm was just ok, and the penne pasta served on the side was about as basic as it comes. A 15 year old kid would have loved it. The highlights of the night were the calamari, and the bread, both cheesy garlic and fresh made rolls, all exceptional. This place is set up for banquets, although the decore and restrooms are completely outdated.Aside from low energy environment, old school furnishings, and servicable banquet fare I might recommend this place for a lower to mid range banquet or some catering.

The Caprese pizza was great, the gnocchi felt very starchy after each chew, it had to be drenched in sauce for it to be good. The free bread and butter in the beginning was probably our favorite. The lady serving us was nice and refilled our water without having to ask. Service is great, the atmosphere was nice, but the food was not our favorite.

A pre- celebration of our anniversary we decided to try this restaurant!I was craving for Mushroom Ravioli so when I sesrched thru Yelp this restaurant was suggested!!!Restaurant lobby has Christmas decorations with trees and colorful garlands. We came at a very good time at 5:30 pm. It got crowded by 7 pm!Our server Nayeli seated us in a booth. Hubby said i can order a glass of wine ... Nayeli suggested a Moscato since I asked for something sweet!!We ordered a Caesar Salad, Lentil Soup and of course Mushroom Ravioli.Nayeli served us 2 newly baked warm rolls with the soup. The Mushroom Ravioli was so delicious with its creamy gravy ! Pasta had fresh minced garlic and Ravioli had portobello chunks filling soooo yummmmy !!!To celebrate we had a Crème Brûlée for dessert!Well it was a large serving that I had some leftover for lunch !Thanks to our server Nayeli for a stellar service !

Lovely festive atmosphere as you walk in. Warm friendly reception. Appreciation for well attended and efficient service. Thank you Nayeli. Loved my lentil soup. Fresh Cesar salad ( liked their home made crouton). Ravioli di portabela was good. Can taste strong fresh garlic in it. Complimented really well with nice moscato wine. Flan not too sweet and balanced nicely with carmelized sugar topping. Price reasonable. Good dinner. Will try other entries next time.

Excellent food. Well kept secret. They deserve a waiting line out the door. The only decent Italian restaurant in the San Bernardino, Riverside, Moreno Valley region.

Absolutely delicious food with the best service ever. Napoli is a cozy Italian restaurant located in the city of Loma Linda. From the moment you walk in, it has a very homey appeal. The servers are so friendly, and make you feel like you have been invited to their home. I noticed there were "regulars" who come to visit, and the servers all stop to greet them personally. How lovely! Our server was so friendly. He sparked great conversation and made us feel so invited. And the food? AMAZING. Their basket of bread was THE best bread ever. You can smell the aroma as soon as it comes to your table. Their pastas were also SO good. I ordered a simple spaghetti with marinara sauce, which surprisingly was so delicious. Their seafood medley pasta was to die for. Creamy. Flavorful. And so tasty. Overall, even though Napoli is far from our home, we cannot wait for the next time we are in town to visit again. Thank you, Napoli, for a great evening!

It was our first time here, food was great service was ok, once we got our food she never checked on us again. It was just me and my husband, party of 2, I get it, it's Valentine's Day but they included the tip on our bill not, 15%, not 18% but 20% totally wasn't happy for that especially because once we got our food she never came back to refill our drinks I gave my husband my drink.Probably wouldn't go back.I order an appetizers as a meal and water My husband orded the fettuccine and water and a side salad......$70
