Clean, prompt, always great service here! If eating in, your immediately sat at a table first. You can choose to order w/ the server or use the QR code for Angelo's menu or Najwa's menu. I liked that option with the QR code because the menu items had pictures. I ordered the lamb kofta combination that comes with choice of rice (white/brown), salad, hummus and pita. I also ordered a yummy mint lemonade since my colleague asked about that too. They got the spaghetti with meatballs and mizithra cheese. My dish was served within 10 minutes of ordering and piping hot. The lamb kofta was perfectly seasoned and cooked through. It's a lot of food for one person! I had salad left over in the end. My colleague's spaghetti was delicious! I wish I could order a kids side next time so I can try more of it. All in all, a great local spot that's plentiful, healthy and affordable. Will be back again soon!

Super friendly people inside and the food was amazing! Got the combo kebab. Chicken was flavorful and juicy. Steak was great, almost bbq/smoked like with the char but still juicy.Definitely recommend if you're close.

Amazing food!-I got the Gyro pita, which was a big portion and delicious! Super soft pita bread and delicious beef and lamb meat. -It comes free with tzatziki and we bought an appetizer side of hummus, which was also amazing as well! -To top it off, we had some baklava, which was the right amount of crisp and sweetness, not overly sticky like sometimes you get at the store.Service was excellent, very friendly staff. In case you weren't aware, they are connected with Angelos like a sort of twin kitchen, so you could enjoy Italian (like Old Spaghetti Factory food with mizithra cheese) and Mediterranean in one restaurant!

Greeted immediately in this sandwich shop/mediterranean Lebanese restaurant. Brenda was so friendly and helpful for my first time visit. Great customer service, she made sure my order was perfect as I had several questions! I opted for falafel pita and got the gyro pita and chicken platter to go. I loved the nicely diced onions and tomatoes, very fresh ingredients and perfect falafel! Crisp outside tender inside and spiced just right. I'd order again or get the falafel plate. The chicken plater had tasty boneless chicken, a bit dry but good and Greek salad side was very decent with a great dressing. I recommend this place for its great menu of different items to try for next time: Crispy Lemon Roasted Broccoli, Feta Fingers, Lebni. Ohhhh, the hummus was soft, creamy goodness - worth getting a side order. Enjoyed the quiet, spacious ambience.

Came in during lunch hour and was able to find seating. As soon as I walked in I was positively greeted by multiple staff. The waitress was very upfront with the wait time for what I initially wanted to order (which I appreciated since I was working today) so I opted to order the chicken shawarma fries instead. Overall, the taste/flavor was okay, nothing fancy as it was seasoned curly fries with some toppings. I'll definitely come back when I have more time on my hands and try something else. The service was great and the ambiance was very casual and inviting.

I was in the city to visit a friend and was looking around in the area for a restaurant that serves Mediterranean food. I found this one through Yelp and decided to give it a try. I love the restaurant because it has a home-like feel to it. It's very clean and orderly not to mention spacious. I even love the beautiful patio setting. The restroom was beautiful as well and very clean. I also love the fact that they have a small private room for customers that arrive in a group. The decor on the wall made it inviting as well. The service is very efficient and professional. My hubby and I were served by Sergio. He was very accommodating and welcoming. What I didn't realize was both Najwas and Angelo's are literally the same restaurant. I think that's quite talented and creative to serve both Mediterranean and Italian under the same roof. Seeing that's the case, I couldn't make up my mind what I really wanted. Italian is my go-to and I love Mediterranean so we decided to get a plate from both restaurants. The Mediterranean food had so much flavor. I have been to various establishments but the meat has never been full of flavor and tender, hummus was full of flavor and the salad was quite fresh. I also ordered some baklava. It was okay. I wasn't quite happy with the portion size at all, So I figured maybe you're paying for how good it taste. I would definitely return for more Mediterranean but I'll also keep in mind to order two plates instead of one for a decent size portion. As far as my plate from Angelo's The spaghetti was wonderful and so was the garlic bread. What puzzled me though is the oil that the garlic bread was sitting in and a little bit of the same oil was under the pasta. I wasn't sure if it was olive oil or not but it's sort of turned me off a bit. I'm not sure I will order any more pasta unless somehow I can order it dry.

We were a little confused - the Mediterranean restaurant was inside the sandwich shop! Good options and plenty of food to share. Service was also good. We enjoyed the grape leaves, kabob plate, and mint lemonade. Fresh pita and hummus too!

I've been avoiding this review because the staff was so nice and totally accommodating. Yet when I think about the overall experience it wasn't good.First of all, as every reviewer will tell you, there's no signage for this restaurant. This means they lose customers daily who try to find this place. That's... weird.Secondly, when you go in, you discover two menus and two cuisines, the other being Italian. Hmm. Lots of choice for vegetarians, which is major plus.I wanted lamb kabobs, which is common in a place like this but oddly not here. I settled for some beef kabobs. They were big, fat, tender and JUICY. Very exciting. Until I noticed an odd smell from the meat. Forgive me but it smelled like butt. Each piece. I sent it back and they didn't give me any weird looks or get moody. It was replaced by chicken kabobs and they were... different. Usually cheap chicken leg meat are used because they're greasy and juicy. Instead these were big chunks of white meat. It wasn't dry, but it wasn't typical succulent chicken either. At this point I felt management didn't know what it was doing, despite the lovely side salad and generous hummus. But even the complimentary pita was thin and dry. (Old?)Something was simply off. I contacted two restaurant friends and asked if it was possible the beef was gamey, meaning a 'mystery' meat disguised as beef. Both said unlikely, it was probably spoiled meat.Understand, mistakes happen and the spotless kitchen made me instantly forgive and forget that. But the overall experience was lingering with me and I felt it was fair to share it just the same.It seems many others have good experiences so please factor that in. It's just that I'd rather go to Pheonica in Redlands.

Went in today around 12:30 pm and thought we would try this place. The restaurant seemed to have only two waiter / waitress. The waitress told us to select a seat which we did. We were then ignored by both servers for about 8 minutes. Other customers came in after us and were provided menus and drinks. No one provided us with a menu for about 8 minutes even though both servers walked past us about 8 to 10 times. We were in the main aisle way and clearly visible. The waiter stated he would be with us when he could. So we were acknowledged and then ignored by both. After 10 minutes and seeing other customers who came in after us place their order, and knowing that if we did order we would be behind everyone else in the place, we left. Won't be going back. As this was at lunch time and the place wasn't pack, it was probably a good thing in the end that we didn't order.
