Summary: older crowd, stellar service! The vibes in this bar are not chill. I had a tense sensation all night. The music in particular was great, but I was the youngest person in there. I cannot comment on the food but the service was stellar with my drink being made the moment I ordered it. Cheers

Imagine my joy upon entering Mustang Sally's Saloon in Rancho Cucamonga, where I discovered that the spirit of those golden days lives on--but with a few twists that left even this old soul awestruck.The interior struck me first: a glowing array of lights, polished wood, and screens flashing scenes of a "Dodger game," which I assumed was some local tournament involving horses. The air was alive with music, laughter, and the unmistakable cheer of a festival in full swing. I ventured further and was greeted by bar wenches whose cheerful smiles and lively spirits made the eyes happy and the heart lighter. Their modern attire lacked the corsets of yore, but they carried themselves with a charm that would rival any tavern maid of my day.Not one to miss an opportunity for merriment, I found myself drawn to the dance floor, where the modern tunes coaxed even my centuries-old legs into motion. Several wenches joined me, their laughter infectious as we moved to rhythms far removed from the minuets and gavottes of my time. I dare say I looked quite the fool, but in a festival such as this, who cares for propriety?The surprises continued when I was introduced to "pool," a game involving a green table, sticks, and colorful balls. At first, I assumed it was a form of billiards, but upon closer inspection, it was a competition of precision and skill the likes of which I had never seen. The players struck the balls with calculated intent, sending them into pockets with satisfying clinks. I attempted a turn and found it both exhilarating and frustrating--much like attempting to shoot an arrow at a moving hare after several ales.The food and drink were no less impressive. A steak, tender and perfectly seasoned, paired beautifully with a cold draft beer that danced on the palate like a maiden at a May Day festival. In my time, such flavors could only be achieved at great cost and effort; here, they were served with casual ease.The evening felt like a grand festival of the ages--a celebration of old traditions blended seamlessly with modern delights. Mustang Sally's Saloon offered not just food and drink but an experience that would make even the most stoic Puritan crack a smile.Five out of five stars--for the lively wenches, the engaging games, the music that moved my soul (and my feet), and the camaraderie of a night well spent. Mustang Sally's is a place where time itself feels irrelevant, and every moment is a toast to joy.

Really cool bar in Rancho Cucamonga. What I appreciated the most about this bar is the cleanliness of their woman's restroom. Very clean and well maintained. Service is excellent. Vibe is fun. Had a blast.

Went after a Reign game.. DJ was playing some good jams.. drinks were fast and bartenders were friendly.. had a good time dancing to the 80s freestyle jams!

Gillie is amazing. Her attitude is fantastic her vibes are positive and her drinks are amazing! Come thru, but only to her!

Pretty cool place. The beers were cold. The bartenders are friendly. They had an awesome band playing. Restrooms are new and clean.The drawback is that there's no AC.

Their beer on tap hasn't been working for two months! Service was ok, the ambiance was quiet considering no one was there due to their maintenance problems. They were improving the stage out back.....hopefully their cooler issues are resolved by the time it's finished otherwise they will continue to serve cups with ice that is stored in a cooler under the bar. And now that they changed names, they should remove the stripper pole that still sits on the bar, looks tacky.

this is/could be a great little bar. There is a band there. The place is very small and the few tables are literally right in front of the speakers so you cannot hear each other. MOST IMPORTANTLY you have to go to bar to get drink which is not a problem.. we figured that out after quite a while, while watching the bartenders drinking their own drinks behind the bar not helping anyone.Maybe this bar has a different reason for being open? it is definitely NOT to make money. we stayed for one drink and never saw a smile from anyone that worked there. maybe 20 customers were there. will not be back. such a shame, Band was Great! Amethyst's burgers are FIIIIIIIRRE!!! She always so friendly and accommodating to all customers. Try her burgers you will not be disappointed. Everything on the menu is really good. Not your typical bar food. And the bartenders are amazing. The ambience is wonderful & bars' decor is on point. The resident DJs always play great jams at night, but if you're looking for a chill time, during the day, it has a family/regulars/cheers vibe. Mondays & Wednesdays there are pool tournaments. My favorite bar in Rancho!
