The Food was good, but the place is stingy and you don't get the value you can get from other places. I couldn't get both rice and noodles as I was told it's one or the other and Veggies were a poor showing. Speaking on the veggies, I got 3 small leaves of bok choy, 4 pieces of lettuce, 2 tofu, 4 small mushrooms, a slice of squash and that was it. I think i'll be going to another shabu place if i'm craving it again in the future as it was not a good value.

Been coming here for a while as a regular sometimes 2 times a week. Lately been noticing the quality of the food has been very bad. Came here today and discovered the all their soups has been spoiled which is extremely dangerous and can get people very sick. Someone needs to check the quality of all food items on a daily basis and also throughout the day. I honestly don't think this place will last & no way they will be able to continue running the business the way they do. Whoever manages the restaurant just don't care about the quality at all. I was so happy that we finally have a shabu shabu spot in Eastvale Unfortunately i will not be coming back.

You will find a place inside cravings Eastvale and one of the few spots that we visited when this first place open. Although the price is up there, however the food you can see in front of you is good.

Even though this place is still working kinks out (and it's evident), the food was pretty good. Albeit it was a tad pricey for what you got. We got a rich pork broth tonkatsu soup and it was pretty tasty. However, the service folks forgot to first give us bowls, then forgot to give us sauces we ordered, and then never check up on us if we needed more soup. They did seem pretty short staffed though and when they did have time to pay attention, they seemed nice about it. The food quality was pretty decent but the portion size for the price you pay doesn't really cut it for me. I am a big hot pot fan and frequent so many in the hot pot mecha that is San Gabriel Valley that this place would not do too well with its pricing. However, being in Eastvale, I can't knock them off too much for that. The one thing that also makes me ponder is that the owner of cravings and thus this shop also partly owns 99 ranch across the walkway. So when I ordered edemame, they said they didn't have any since this morning. But isn't the market right next door and the owner owns both? Maybe I'm wrong but seemed like a golden opportunity to levy your competitive advantage of opening cravings next to 99 ranch. In either case, I will give it a 4 for now but I'm not sure I will return for now.

Mura Shabu Shabu is located in the Cravings by 99 Ranch - Eastvale foodhall. They have a simple straight foward menu executed with the best quality ingredients. Great for anyone looking for a healthy meal or those with dietary restrictions. I can see a lot of room for accommodations here. Shout out to Tyler. He was not the main server but he was helpful and nice throughout the experience I had the Wagyu Brisket ($24.50/4oz) as my protein, the Paitan chicken broth, with white rice, and udon noodles. The meal comes with veggies, which includes napa, kabacho, mushrooms, carrots and bokchoy. So much wagyu brisket for 4 oz. I thought it was more, but I saw them weighing it out and slicing it freshly so I know it's on point. The marbling on the beef was incredibly sexy. Simple, healthy and delicious! I had some constructive feedback but I was able to convey it with their manager and they were open to improve so I'll let them off the hook during a soft opening phase.

Each time a new KB building is ready for occupancy, I always go to the food court at 99 Ranch across the street to eat sushi or shabu shabu. Today, I was shocked! I ordered the same thing as always, but the boss wasn't there today, and it was a disaster! 2 pieces only! I know it's hard to run a small business, but if a restaurant operates like this, it will lose its customers. The boss's continuous hard work has always earned the support of customers, but one misstep by the staff, and customers won't come back. Small business owners really need to keep a close eye on things themselves. Otherwise, some employees can be very irresponsible.

Service was good but that was the only good thing. I would call myself a shabu connoisseur and have eaten at many shabu spots, so i am a bit more picky.Wagyu Brisket 1/5Super fatty - for a second i thought it was the belly but it wasnt.Ponzu Sauce 1/5Super heavy in vinegar..like SUPER HEAVY. Traditional ponzu is normally made with soy sauce, yuzu/lemon, mirin but not really vinegar. Ive been to places with vinegar mixed but it wasnr overpowering. Here, it felt like i was dipping in pure vinegar. At one point they ran out of pork broth. The broth given at the start of the meal was barely half the pot. The rice was kinda hard. The veggies waa the perfect amount and nicely presented. The meat however was just thrown in a pile on the plate.Overall, not a good experience. Hope theyll improve!

We Tried this place for the first time. I am hesitant at first bec I'm hungry and I don't want to wait too long. Luckily, we're the only customers at the time and shout out for Brandon, very friendly and attentive, catered to us right away. The place is organized and clean. The presentation of the food are really good and also clean. I'm happy about that. Also, the price is just right. We got the Rib Eye with tonkatsu broth with steam rice and chicken with Spicy miso with udon noodles. Everything looks perfect and food taste good. I am super full and happy afterwards. We will be back again.
