Update: 6/2020While the experience in receiving a balloon arrangement has been fun to receive (AND to plan) we've recently run into a couple hiccups along the way on deliveries. If you venture and have fun balloon arrangements delivered, please be especially attentive to confirm delivery location/time, etc. We had two specific incidences where delivery was an issue. Likely due to miscommunications, the mixups have not been well received and tend to make a birthday surprise somewhat stressful and unreliable. First time my friend and I were on the planning side, delivery became an issue minutes before the expected delivery time and we had the stress of finding alternative transportation to make balloons a delivery to our graduation event. While the balloons looked spectacular, it was a bit of a tense time, moments before the event. We overlooked this hiccup. Recently, we had another delivery mishap from the owner/delivery person compounded with a lack of accountability and it left a bad feeling, sadly, probably on both sides. We had ordered another arrangement for a friend's birthday, again, a delivery issue and I guess they tried to text to figure out where the balloons were going, but the texts were to the wrong individual. We attempted to apologize if there was miscommunication because the texts didn't reach us when the delivery was occurring, and due to loss of communication, balloons never got to the birthday girl at the arranged time. The company did refund for this last order, thank you, but we never communicated further or found a verbal resolution. I wish that I could have understood what the delivery issue was from the start. The balloons are fun and festive, just repeatedly confirm plans and I'm sure if given the proper channels of communication, the delivery will go seamlessly. Initial review around 5/20/2020My friends gifted me a fun and colorful balloon arrangement from MTT4FUN recently. It was so much fun to receive this!!! Amazing service as they even deliver them with my friends and their quarantine surprise parade. It was a fun experience and one I definitely recommend sharing with friends and family. I discovered Olga and her balloon company in the midst of the Covid lockdowns in 2020. Her beautiful, creative, balloon arrangements made the birthdays of my loved ones truly special! Olga is kind, attentive, and offers wonderful suggestions for your special occasion. I've used her services for birthdays, graduations, 5th & 8th grade promotions, and for table top decor. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her services.

During the Covid19 quarantine, my middle daughter had to celebrate her birthday at home. I found MTT4Fun on facebook and reached out. Olga has been so sweet and kind to me the entire process. I told her what I wanted for my daughter and she went out to find the right balloons!! Needless to say, my daughter's face lit up when she saw the balloon columns by the door for her on her bday. I rented tables, chairs, and a large bouncy castle with an attached slide and I was extremely satisfied with the items and the owners who brought and picked up the items for my son's birthday party. The owners were prompt, professional, and very friendly. I was also able to rent a small table and chairs for the kids and it was so cute, I did not even know they made miniature versions. The bouncy castle was a huge hit with the kids at my son's birthday party! I only wished I also ordered specialized goodie bags from them because I ordered some through Amazon and they did not arrive in time for the party, due to a delay in shipping. I will definitely rent from them again in the future and I highly recommend using MTT 4 Fun for any special event because they are affordable, professional, and reliable!!!
