Great service the young lady behind the counter is nice and informative. Friendly service, food is really amazing! Nice little place I found when I moved here in 2023. Was looking for & craving Mexican food when I stumbled upon this joint.

Cool hole in the wall. Underrated and I think it does justice. The food is good. Carne asada is kinda dry but it has flavor. I would come back and order something else. This is a spot that you go to when you're looking for cheap Mexican eats. The service is good too.

Limited menu but has the best bean and cheese and breakfast burritos. Also the shrimp ceviche is the bomb!

The food options have gotten a bit pricey but I believe that to be true for most food establishments. The food is delicious, our favorite is the shrimp cocktail bowl.Like micheladas? They have great ones!

Such a great mom and pop store! They have some of the best Mexican food in the area including their breakfast burritos! The lady who's always at the front desk is so sweet and is always so nice and service is always so quick!

Looks can be deceiving! Quality and authenticity is the reason I patronize MSR Mexican Restaurant. They recently started serving menudo on a daily basis. Absolutely outstanding. It doesn't seem to matter what I order, the food turns out the best.

First time trying this food. I can say prices arent bad but food overall was eh. The carne asada fries were mostly fries. The rolled tacos were eh. Problem was that in my rolled tacos there was a toothpick. Idk if it was used but regardless that is disgusting and dangerous. It ruined the whole food. We scrapped everything not trying to risk it.

I order the Carne Asada nachos. The chips were stale, and the meat was too salty. Was really nasty I could've even eat it. I mean who likes stale chips. I won't Oder from here again

Another Cal Oaks favorite of mine. I've been coming here since '03, and it is always a nice little spot to grab a bite.Food is awesome, and prices are pretty good. Great place to get just a regular ol classic Bean and Cheese Burrito, and their Fries are good too.Staff are always friendly, and service is quick.Great place, a true classic.
