I LOVE Mrs.Fields cookies! It's mine & my family's favorite cookie spot. I've never had a bad experience at this location, the man who works there is oh so very nice!(': decent prices & great service. You can never go wrong with a Mrs.Fields cookie or my favorite their double chocolate brownie

Gosh Mrs. Fields cookies are still the best thing ever!!! I really don't know what it is. But these cookies are always fresh and melt in your mouth GOOEY madness. Like Mrs. Fields ruined cookies for me anywhere else. Well, except maybe at Bristol Farms- they have a mean cookie that is huge and just as delish! But, if you don't shop at Bristol Farms, or you are strolling through the mall- this is the spot for yummy cookies.I have to admit, I'm a basic B*tch when it comes to cookies. I go for the traditional chocolate chip cookie. That's it. That's all I want. A rich, gooey, chocolate chip cookie, fresh and hot out the oven. The melted chocolate chips, mmm. Now I want cookies haha Mrs. Fields is the best around. I like to order the mini cookie dozen and indulge away lol

Cookies and brownies always taste good and my family grew up stoping for cookie whenever we went to the mall. The man that runs the store is always nice to us. Very friendly. The store looks clean and always smells AMAZING! One complaint is that this location doesn't offer the cookie cups or cookie slices with frosting. Or the peanut butter brownies... and they don't do the pretty custom cookie cakes. Even so, we will keep stopping for a cookie on our shopping trips!

So this is old school. I remember a time when you walked through the mall and could smell Mrs. Fields cookies...this brought back so many memories. Our local mall no longer has Mrs. fields. I had to make a stop at the Tyler Galleria and decided to treat myself to some mini chocolate chip cookies. When I say fresh and delicious. I was mad at myself for not getting more. I decided to bring a few home for my kiddos who have never had these before. My son was taken aback....He was so surprised at how delicious the cookies were. I felt bad that during his now teenage years that this was not something he had experienced while walking through the mall hanging with friends. Sometimes nostalgia can get the best of you.The gentleman at the counter was friendly and efficient and gave great customer service, and art that seems to by dying out during these tumultuous times. It's not very often that I'm here in this mall but from now on I will definitely get a bag of the minis to bring home and enjoy with a tall class of ice cold milk.

This was my first time coming here, and I am grateful! First off I did not know about calling a day prior to picking up a cookie cake. My mistake! I got there and the man that helped me had the most pleasant attitude! He informed me that they need too know a day prior. But he told me he just happened too be making one and too give him about 45 mins and it would be ready! Man did he save the day! I really did appreciate him going above and beyond to help me out even though it was my mistake! Not to mention the cookie cake was amazing!! Thank you so much!

Decided to give this place a shot to satisfy my sweet tooth. It definitely hit the spot. The two workers were so welcoming and sweet. The prices are really cheap. Omg the white macadamia nut cookies are to die for. And their mango smoothie was awesome. Definitely stop by if your sweet tooth is kicking in.

Never an issue when it came to ordering in person or over the phone. I would always order this $27 or so big cookie for birthdays of friends or just an appreciation gift for a person. They always have it done right, on time, and early! Cant go wrong with this placd. The cookies are delicious.

Love their cookies. The Mrs. Fields near our house closed down so I take advantage when I am in town. Every time I go the same girl is working. I couldn't tell you her name because they don't wear uniforms let alone name tags. Completely different vibe than other locations. Whenever we get there they are always in the back completely inattentive of who's waiting. The girl working there is so blank faced. No smiles, no customer service etiquette. She gave us our cookies and said nothing! We said thank you she walked away. This is every time! Do they realize that if they had friendlier service that they would have more sales? Which is what a business is supposed to want. This location is just sad, like I said the only reason I make my self go is because I love their cookies.

I used like this location growing up in Riverside, I happened to be shopping and thought I'd stop by and try it again, well the cookies were flat and semi-raw. I remember mrs. Fields cookies being big and thick, and having that deal, that was incentive to buy more to the free one, no longer anymore, disappointed in this location, baking needs some improvement.
