Not impressed. They have a wide menu with a variety of drinks as well as other items like waffles, ice cream, and shaved ice. They also have a lot of merchandise available like t-shirts, tote bags, and stickers. We came because of their BOGO sale and their drinks weren't terrible, but did not meet our expectations. The drinks we got barely had a full scoop of topping and didn't taste very fresh. * Lychee Jasmine Green Tea: 8/10 - nice flavor* Classic Matcha Milk Tea: 6/10 - tasted powdery* Topping: 4/10 - wasn't chewy and or freshThe interior itself was very nice and fun. They have nice decorations and this unique structure that I think is used for customers to sit on. They have a couple of mobile kiosks to order from so we didn't interact with any workers. There's also a restroom in the back and a couple of tables to sit at. The parking was easy since they're located in a shopping plaza. Give them a try if you're in the area.

My kids and I fave boba spot! Their drinks are always bomb! I do however reduce the sweetness to 50 - 75% but that's my preference. Service is always friendly and accommodating. Monsta is always clean each time we've gone, no complaints from us!

Located on Newport Rd & Calle Tomas in the Olive Garden shopping center near Sprouts Farmers Market with plenty of parking. We were so happy to see this Asian dessert spot. We had to stop as we love Taiwanese shaved snow. There's plenty of different menu items to satisfy your cravings with a delicious treat such as Milk Tea Bobas, Shaved Snow, Ice-Cream, Waffle Treats, Cold Brew and Slushies. I tried their 'Taro Milk Tea Boba' and it was super good. We also ordered shaved snow and ice-cream, it was all very satisfying. The shop is clean and organized with such cute decor to go with the 'Monsta' theme. You can order online, through a kiosk inside the store or simply at the front counter. Overall, we had a good experience here and will definitely return to try other menu items.

The interior is really cute and colorful. They have vending machines at the back too. It's hard to choose what to get as everything looks and sounds so good lol. I end up with the Rose Blue Latte w/ sea salt cream and it's delicious! It's a nice floral taste and it's not too sweet nor too light. The sea salt cream makes it taste creamier and a little more sweet which I like(I always get sea salt cream or cheese foam with my drinks). Will be coming back whenever Im back in town.

I placed an online order for a waffle ice cream and forgot to add my 2nd topping. Got to the shop before my order was ready and asked for them to add the 2nd topping but was told it would be an additional charge to add the 2nd topping at the shop because it shouldve been placed online. I dont understand why I would have to pay extra for the 2nd topping when the waffle ice cream should include 2 toppings. I felt like the customer service I got wasnt good and was getting cheated out of getting my 2nd topping. My experience there wasnt great.
