Very helpful staff and very professional. Sergio and Araceli were very helpful during the whole reception. They were able to make our experience well worth it no matter what. Will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Aracely helped me so much answered all my questions I feel like I probably bugged her a lot, but she was so great so patient I love that there is a floor decor option the rental. The food was amazing. The price is amazing. Oh my God love this place.

Not only was this venue a clean well kept experience but the staff was on point, the food came out in a timely manner, the bathrooms were clean, and the bar was perfectly placed. This venue felt like a perfect tucked away secret in a spot you wouldn't expect! Will 100% have another party here! Thank you Mistik Banquet for having us and treating us so well! Aracely the one who runs the show keeps a great staff and was so quick to help with any questions or concerns we had regarding the venue!

We rented out this banquet to accommodate our family and friends after our father's funeral services to gather. Wish it would've been for a different occasion but we are thankful with Araceli for helping us and being so understanding of our situation, for her navigation and making it a smooth process throughout our difficult times. Thank you Araceli, I appreciate you! Looking forward to renting this place out in the future for a much different occasion. Please check them out the banquet is simple yet so beautiful and large enough to host any event, with a built in bar and a lounge room. I recommend them 100% you won't be disappointed!

I celebrated my Birthday here "Mistik Banquets" I found this beautiful place online. Everything was beautiful, my guest and I enjoyed every aspect of the event. Every detail of this place is insane! The chandeliers are absolutely GORGEOUS! The bar area is so beautiful and elegant!Restroom are gorgeous and clean with beautiful mirrors! Parking was was GREAT! Araceli was incredible, she helped arrange every detail of the event. She was patient, caring and very professional. I was so Obsessed with the outcome of my event. I definitely recommend this place! Everything was as better than I ever expected!

I recommend Mistik! Araceli was there to answer any questions and was a pleasure to work with however time management could use a little work. Everyone working the day of were amazing and supportive! Everything went smooth! The Bartenders had excellent customer service and the drinks were delish! Thank you Mistik for making my wedding extra special!

It was a wonderful experience to work with Araceli at Mistik banquet. I highly recommend the place for your next celebration. The service was the best from beginning to end for us. It was a dream come true for our daughter in this magical place. Wonderful decorations and very attentive staff.

Very unorganized venue! The ac was not working and when ur packed in there like sardines in august that was a no for me also that venue in a shopping center was also a no for me and the security guard they have is beyond ridiculous. He is a rent a cop and has NO BUSINESS putting his hands on people for no reason and saying rude things to guests! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

The staff and a bartenders were great and attended to everyone as quick as they could, but midway through a security guard and some smaller guy in a black shirt were saying they were at capacity despite no signs being displayed showing what max occupancy was, so some of our family got kicked out despite having wristbands they provided showing they could re-enter. That was what down graded the score to 3. If you're going to enforce occupancy, have clear signs that say what it is or have wristbands from the start, not sometime during the middle of the event when people are going in and out for food/ snacks in the outside table, that's just scummy
