Miss Candice’s Dance Center

My daughter is 4 years old. Her first time in ballet &she has learned so much from Miss Candice. She absolutely loves coming to her ballet class. You can tell the girls definitely enjoy their class time & Miss Candice is a GEM. I definitely recommend, especially if this is a new hobby your little one wants to explore.

I found Miss Candice's through a Facebook group and gave it a try for my twin girls. Soon their older sister wanted to try and all 3 of my girls were dancing here. I was nervous because our previous experience with another close dance studio was so awful my eldest gave up dance for 4 years. This studio focuses on the joy of dancing, which is wonderful as she made my eldest fall in love with ballet. There are no toxic vibes here and their performance team celebrates the kids and let's them have fun at really amazing places. Candice and her team by far put on the most professional recitals I've seen in a long time. She has a knack for finding beautiful costumes. Nothing feels worse than paying a lot of money for a costume and it being ugly. You can tell that Candice and her team put their heart and soul in encouraging the love of dance, the kids, and having fun.

Adore this class!!! My toddler suffers from horrible separation anxiety due to being born and raised durning Covid. Miss Candice was very patient and to my surprise my toddler opened up and entered the studio without us holding her hand!A-ma-zing. I can't wait to she my toddlers progress. 7 stars!

I don't want to leave a bad review because Miss Candice is a really nice lady and she's great with kids, but this is not what I was looking for when I signed my daughter up over 2 years ago. I'm not one of those parents who expects perfection from their kids. I want them to enjoy what they're doing. However, I also expect some progression after time. After 2 years of instruction by Miss Candice, I feel this is not the case at all. I'm very disappointed because my wife and I spent a lot of time and money on this class, and we were hoping for a significantly better outcome. In conclusion, I would say if you are looking for a fun activity with a friendly environment for kids, this place could be for you. If you want your kid(s) to learn how to dance, you should probably look elsewhere.

Found Miss Candice at the farmers market & so glad we did!! My daughter has only been here for a month and she's already come out her shell quite a lot! Miss Candice is such a sweet, kind and patient teacher! My daughter has definitely learned a lot and is still learning. She's having lots of fun while learning ballet and tap! Also, she has affordable prices for dance wear and classes! PLUS the space is always neat and clean.

7 months later and we are still attending this dance center. And I have recently enrolled my other daughter. Best decision we have made in relation to kids after school activities.

Absolutely love Miss Candice! I have a toddler and Miss Candice is extremely patient! She replied within 30 min to my email when I requested more information. She is extremely professional. Studio is beautiful and clean. Prices are very reasonable. She makes my toddler so excited to come to class.

Candice has so much passion for the Arts and for dance and it really shows in her work and attitude. She treats every parent and student like a member of her "dance family" and to me that is truly special and rare. I definitely recommend her dance center, it is a non-judgmental safe space to learn and grow.

10/10 Recommend!!! So fun and adorable. The costumes are so cute. Shining Stars perform lovely dances and all the dancers improve and get better. It taught my daughter how to dance really good. The dance teachers, there are wonderful. Miss Candice is very nice and sweet. My daughter made a bunch more friends there because the other dancers are so friendly. So if you're looking for a place to dance, I would recommend Miss Candice's dance studio.

My son started dancing with Miss Candice when she was at another studio; but when we found out she was opening her own studio we knew we had to go with her. She's literally the most patient, encouraging, and all around best instructor for young kids! If you think your child won't be able to be alone or take instruction very well, like I did, try out Miss Candice and I bet you'll be surprised at how well they do and take to her and dancing!
