The Mirror Booth Events team is amazing! It was incredibly easy to communicate with Marilen leading up to our baby girl's princess birthday party. Marilen is amazing! The booking process was so smooth and easy! The team was very punctual with set-up and clean-up! The mirror photobooth was perfect for the party, and all our guests loved it! The floral backdrop was beautiful! We also loved the add-on for a custom touch screen! Their design team created a wonderful photo design and custom touch screen!

As the wedding planner, I'm always looking for vendors that can help me make my couples wedding dreams come true. Until I found Mirror Booth Events , I was seriously struggling to find a decent photo booth vendor that did not have an attitude issue or ridiculously high prices. I am so grateful and lucky that I found Mirror Booth Events and I will be using them for every single wedding that I plan moving forward. please talk to them about the specials that they have and the add-ons did they include because they are really cool add-ons and they will explain it to you and let you know the pricing and they only require a small deposit to book your day. I honestly wish that I could rate them more than five stars but google. Says no. I love you guys, please know how very grateful I am to find you and thank you so much.

Mirror Booth Events did not dissapoint. All our guest loved it. Everybody from customer service, attendant, quality and responsiveness was very good. We def for sure recommend them to our friends and family.

We were extremely disappointed for the entire event. So many things went wrong for our special day. We were promised 2 attendants on site, and only 1 showed up to be present. We were promised unlimited prints, and the attendant only allowed 2 Prints. When my guests asked for more prints, the attendant refused. The contract said 2 professional attendants and Unlimited Prints. The worst part was the attendant herself. She was rude and hot helpful the entire 3 hours. She sat down on a chair on her phone. We had to keep asking her to get up to help us take the picture. Isn't the point of the attendant to help the party and explain how the mirror booth works to make it smooth? At once she saw me struggling to get the mirror booth working and I was the groom. She kept staring at me and didn't get up to help. I asked her can you please help me. She gave a big sigh with an extremely unhappy face and put her phone down and walked slowly as if she was doing us a favor. I could only imagine how she treated the other guests. I asked my guests later about her and everyone said she was in a bad mood "bit*hy", did not want to be there, and just kept sitting down being on her phone". We were promised 2 professional attendants, and we only got 1 which was extremely rude. Many guest did not feel comfortable going up because of her attitude. Why hire someone with poor guests service especially on a big day such as our wedding. We thought we would give them a chance since we saw 3 5-Star reviews on Yelp. We wanted to give new businesses a chance, but we were wrong. We should have gone with someone more reputable and with more reviews. The technology itself was amazing, but what we were promised we did not get and got extremely rude, unhelpful attendant which is not acceptable at all. I don't recommend this company to anyone since they really made our special day not so special. Stay away from them and their negative unprofessional and unhelpful attendant & a contract which they do not abide by. We wasted our money on them and it was quiet expensive. It's sad so I hope no one else goes through this on their joyful day.

Saw this at a birthday party and it's really amazing! Not your typical photobooth because you can personalize it with emojis and all that fun stuff. 5 for the awesome service as well. Highly recommend

I worked with Mirror Booth for my wedding and I would highly recommend Mirror Booth to anyone looking into a Photobooth service. The touchscreen aspect was super unique and we got a lot of compliments with the Photobooth from our guests. I enjoyed the months leading up to my wedding and working with the reps. They are so professional and make the planning process as smooth as they can. Highly recommend Mirror Booth!

We had so much fun using the Mirror Booth. If I can just take the machine back home with me I would take it. Customer service in this company is top notch. From the time I inquired to the day of the event, there professionalism is outstanding. Also all my guest were talking about how nice the two attendants were and how they were helping and explaining to each one of them how the Mirror Booth works. There is so much to say but bottom line I am very happy with the service.

Mirror Booth Events was an OUTSTANDING addition to my daughter's bat mitzvah celebration! Initially I was a little nervous because their required deposit was so reasonable, but I quickly discovered that there was no need to worry. Not only was the attendant on time, efficient, and super friendly, but the mirror itself proved to be an irresistible draw for kids AND adults! There was a line for most of our party! We loved having Mirror Booth Events at our reception and would recommend them without reservation.
