Min's Dumpling House

First time dining at Min's and had a great experience. The host (possibly owner) was extremely nice. She helped with the order and was tentative throughout the meal; ensuring I was satisfied. The food was fantastic! I had the onion pancakes, beef noodle soup, green beans with beef and dumplings. The portion sizes are enough for two or three. I ordered far too much but happy to have leftovers for the following day. The food ordered tasted authentic and seasoned nicely. Everything was cooked fresh to order and served family style. The host was kind enough to package the leftovers for me. She also brought me extra sauce to go. The ambience is chill, casual and they played good music. Definitely looking forward to revisiting Min's soon.

This place is legit. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, this is the place.I've been here several times now and every time the food has been spot on and amazing. They have some of the same items that you would find at a Panda Express; if you want an authentic Chinese meal, don't order those. Order the other items on the menu that you wouldn't find at a Panda and you won't be disappointed.The service is on par for what you would normally get from a Chinese place like this. If you come give this place a try, come for the amazing food and don't mind the service or lack of ambiance. I've brought several coworkers here already and every single one has loved it.

Wow, was there yesterday, the food was so good and all the employees were so nice and accommodating. I'll be back very soon I highly recommend this restaurant.

My hubby dined here after his Tee Time golfing w his boys.He sent mee the menu and I ordered to go for dinner.5. Beef Roll is the perfect appetizer to start off your meal. It's filled w green onions and nicely wrapped in a roti dough type of wrap. Isn't too thick. 38. Scallion Beef is similar to Mongolian beef but w a lot of scallions. Isn't over powering so don't let the scallions scare you. Stir fry type of dish. Really good.84. Hot & Sour Soup was ok. I've had better. I felt it was missing an ingredient. It did hit the spot though for a hot & sour soup. Food was all good. Definitely recommended if you're in the area or passing thru. Order to go. You won't regret it. Hubby said service was quick along w associates being friendly. Received the food in a timely manner along w the to go order. It was during 4 pm on a Sunday evening.

Best dumpling house in the IE...the scallion pancakes is a must order light, crispy, delicious favorite on the menu. The dumplings can be ordered fried or steamed. I prefer the steamed but both ways can't go wrong. Hubby favorite is the kung pao chicken, very flavorful, right amount of spices hit the spot! Service is prompt in the small restaurant and usually crowded or filled but we seem to come in at the right time to get a table. Love the large menu choices for eating that will give everyone in your party a nice surprise each time they dine here. Definitely have and will return again!

The food is not good at all. I had never had a bad experience until yesterday. I'm not sure if it was the fact that it was late at night or the fact that the better cook was on vacation, but the food was just plain bad. We ordered the chicken fried rice, mongolian beef and the pork dumplings with soup and everything combined just was awful. The beef was chewy and oily. It was as if they used the cheapest meat they could find. The fried rice had little to no flavor and the dumplings looked as if they took them out of the freezer to steam them. The service was nice enough, but when I went to go pick up the food, the restaurant smelled as if they have not cleaned their grease trap in years. This is honestly, the last time we will go here. I went 2 times before, but I will not be back again. It isn't consistently good.

Came in on a Monday afternoon and was blown away. My nephew was even impressed. The dumplings were nice and fresh with a thin wrapper. The fried rice had a great ratio of egg, meat, rice and vegetables. The shu mai was not what we thought it would be, but it was still really good tasted like sticky rice in a dumpling wrapper. The place was very clean, and the service was superb. I wish we had dim sum like this at home.

One of my family's favorite places to eat. My favorite is the #57 hunan beef. My family loves the beef roll, the shredded pork fried rice and everything we've tried here. Service has always been good & food always comes out fast. We come here often as large groups since they have lots of tables and it's never really crowded in there every time we go. Which is surprising because i think they serve authentic Chinese food.

HOW?!How do they do it every time?! SO happy to have a delicious and reliable dumpling house in Corona!!I think this is my 10th time here and I cannot get over the consistency in quality of the food! Always so fresh and so tasty!My 2 favorites are the Spicy Wontons and the Juicy Pork Dumplings! They NEVER disappoint!The Thai Tea is also yummy!Service is always delivered quickly and with a smile. I usually come around 7:30pm so I miss the major rush and the food comes out really quick and hot!The Ambiance is also wonderful - nice calm music and no decor that makes the restaurant look overwhelming.The tables and floors are always clean, the employees seem to communicate well, and I never feel out of place asking what the menu items are like!I always see couples and families whenever I'm there and I hear the employees saying "welcome back!" Which is always a good sign - consistent customers reflect consistent quality and service, in my opinion!If you are a fan of Dim Sum/ Dumplings and savory dishes that are served fresh every time - this is the spot to go!It may be too late for you to go when this is posted, but there's always tomorrow, so don't miss out!!
