What a great food truck/trailer! Everything is made fresh and tastes great. I had the trio #2 and all of the meats were excellent. The fried rice is money! Portions and prices are great too. I highly recommend hitting these guys up if close by

First time using Uber eats and i was blown away with the quality and quantity of food i received!!! I called the place and i spoke to the owner who was more than happy to answer any questions i had!!Definitely recommend this place if you are passing by the inland empire!!I was surprised i got my order so fast during a busy Friday!

I enjoyed this hibachi truck. The foods cooked to order, it takes a little time, but it's worth it. The fried rice is garlic buttery goodness! The filet was tender and could have used a little more seasoning, but it was still good! There's a table out front to sit and eat. We went on a Sunday around 5, and it was empty. Service was good.Prices were reasonable.

Fire spot! Everything made fresh. Great customer service. Highly recommend the Filet Mignon Bowl. Well worth my 40 min drive from Perris.

I should've ordered extra yum yum sauce. I usually won't eat it anywhere but theirs was perfect. My noodles and rice were both seasoned and cooked very well. The grilled chicken was flavor juicy, and I loved that it wasn't overdone and dry. I placed a DoorDash order, when my food arrived it was still steaming hot! Fresh off the grill. The service from Midnight Hibachi was great. They're really good on communicating and making sure their customers have the best experience. This was for sure one of my best Hibachi experiences and one of the best experiences I've had in DoorDash because of them. I would highly recommend 10/10. I'll be going to the truck to try them in person soon. If you're looking for good food at a good price I suggest checking them out.

First time trying the place . Wasn't bad but wasn't amazing either . Wait time is average , taste is okay , they give you a lot of rice not too much meat . Nice people working there though . Price is a little steep compared to other ones I've been too and like mentioned before taste wasn't as good as other trucks either .

Food is delicious and great quality protein!Ny steak had so much flavor can't wait to try the rest!
