This is the one cake that I always want for my birthday. The real deal European-style flavor. I just wish they'd sell them by slice, too.

Wedding cake tasting was fun, but would be nice if they offered some kind of drink. Even just water.Our wedding cake was DELICIOUS. Everyone said it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had, as wedding cake is usually pretty but not tasty. We did white with cream/strawberry bottom, white with cream/raspberry middle, and a chocolate/nut with chocolate/caramel/nut filling for the top anniversary layer. The anniversary layer made it exactly five days. We ordered plain white frosted, and while our florist provided the blooms, I'm not sure if it was the bakery or our florist who did the flower placements in the end, but the result was beautiful.Definitely customers for life. Thank you!!

this has been my family's go to for years. love their cakes and their service! we always go with the raspberry victorian or the strawberry victorian

Been coming here for cakes before, the parking is quite a challenge. but depends what day and what time you go there. Staff not really friendly maybe they are busy. It like "Hi can i help you" "yes we have" " what you want on it" " the pricce is $$" but regardless we got the cake ok. And another thing... the intention is great, but really take 1 point in my review because they put a crumbled masking tape on one side of the cake by the carton base of the cake I wish I took the pick. But didn't realize until someone took the cake out of the box..... its just killed the aesthetic of the presentation of the cake. I wish they would hide a double tape and hide under the carton base. Nonetheless the cake is good just less fruits compared to to 10 years ago.

The Raspberry Victorian cake is by far my favorite cake! Hubby and I had gone in to buy one for my bday we couldn't resist and actually bought two!We've been buying this cake for the past 10 years. Highly recommended! Service is great

Love the cakes esp the chocolate underground. Pure chocolate creamy not too sweet. Cake is very moist.Price is reasonable. Worth your money. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I bought a nine inch cake and driving home it slide off the board and the sides are all damaged. I called them and they didn't care. Keep in mind, my family and I go every year for the last 13 years.

Look, I wasn't expecting a perfect cake but I payed $110 for this and it's a joke... Looks like a guitar pick rather than a heart. They have a fake cake inside that looks almost EXACTLY like the photo I game them, but this is what they gave me. No pearls, no design, barely any glitter and looks cheap. It looks like someone make this at home. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is ridiculous for $110

My family and I have been going to Michelle's for 20 years. We have bought numerous birthday cakes and even my sister's wedding cakes from this bakery. Unfortunately, we will not be doing business here any longer. First, the quality of the cakes has gone down. We were a big fan of their Chocolate Underground cake and purchased one for a family get together. After taking a few bites, my family all agreed that this was not the cake we remembered. The quality of the chocolate has gone down. It is no longer the high quality hard dark chocolate that we remembered, but was a low grade soft milk chocolate. In addition, the ganache frosting was almost rubbery and the filling is a cocoa colored but not cocoa flavored butter cream. We all agreed a supermarket cake would have been the same taste, but cheaper than the $41 we paid for a mini cake. In addition, when I attempted to pay with a card, I was told cash is preferred. Never in all the years that I have purchased cakes at this location was I told that cash is preferred. It was truly off-putting.
