$30 a dozen for Maza lol never again! I definitely need a refund. They were wrapped nicely that's why it's a one star.

I decided to try this spot based off a FB recommendation for masa. I have to say... Absolutely a Great place for masa.The masa is made fresh in store! You can literally watch them grind the corn fresh! While I was there I picked up some pan dulce and it was pretty good. There was a bit of a miss with the Chicharrón it was burnt and super dry! Seriously I'm not one to throw away anything but it just wasn't edible! Really stinks too cause it was expensive. For me the staff were very kind and attentive and were engaging. I love the old skool vibe of the market, hoping to try the meats next time. I still give this place 4 stars because I went for masa and the masa was a win!

It's a nice little market, their to-go food is good hot ready to order! Store is well lit and smells like warm pan dulce, and is very welcoming

One tamale had undercooked masa, two had crumbly masa and one the masa was brown. I come from LA county and I know what good quality tamales and this ain't it. Masa texture was off, taste was meh and two tamales had barely any chicken in them. Never ordering from here again.

Hot food is amazing, love to buy cooked beans, carnitas and rice. Service is very good. Great little hole in the wall.

Giving this place all the stars. It is what it is a little Mexican market. They have all the good Mexican specialty items. The service is fast and friendly. I went in recently to buy my masa for Christmas tamale making. My mother in law has been buying her masa here for decades I just follow her lead. Her tamales are loved throughout the land, the local land that is.The price per pound of masa seems fair here. The service I experienced on my last trip in was excellent. One of the clerks assisted me, she was so friendly and willing. She really helped me in figuring out a few things I was unsure of with portions and such. A huge thanks to her. I really appreciate such great service.The place is well keep. I can see that some might have a language problem here. I am lucky enough to understand a good amount of Spanish and I do speak some, so I can get by here. Also, the young women helping me spoke fluent English, so that was a huge place on my last trip in. Any questions/need help?, you might consider asking for someone who speaks english. Word to any mexican ingredients/cooking/good food adventurers out there, have a translator app on the ready & you will do just fine. Oh before closing, just fyi I bought a container of chopped green chile/salsa there recently, it was in an end cap cooler. Oh my, get some! Just remember... some like it hot!

Carnitas burrito is to die for!!! Fresh tender meat burrito has everything in it and it is absolutely delicious! My new favorite!!

Horrible, Horrible Mexican Food. I rather eat Taco Bell than ever order food from here. We ordered 2 burritos and one torta. The torta was dripping grease and meat had no flavor at all, beyond bland. The asada burrito was extremely salty. I felt like I took a glass of ocean water. My blood pressure probably went above a heart attack. We ordered burrito de trips and they were beyond cooked and very very bitter, THEY WERE SO OVER COOKED. THEY WOULD CRUMBLE ON YOUR FINGERS. Food was disgusting non edible. I keep calling and no answer. GROSS AND AN EMBARRASSING TO THE Mexican cuisine. Instead I recommend 2 Potrillos on Perris. The worst food in all state of California, better yet all US.

I understand the customer service may not always be the best, but if we are talking about their specialty, which is their masa for tamale, chicharron and their homemade fresh bread, you cannot beat them, also prices are actually very good compared to Cardenas or other Mexican stores, I also like to get their ham FUD brand, good price and good butcher behind the counterPlease try their bolillo, I drive around 20 mins to come here, crazy bread

Not recommend Went their once & it will Be My last, I Went their for Sweet Bread & I was grossed out, their was a rat in the Sweet Bread case I ran out in a heartbeat
