I spent 37.00 today. I ordered via door dash, the order contained 2 hot dogs. The menu clearly stated plain hot dog so I requested mustard and onions only because of allergies. I got mustard onions ketchup, mayo, relish and tomatoes. When I called them the guy was so rude, I explained what I ordered, what menu stated and what I got. He stated that the menu didn't say plain when it clearly does, the hot dogs couldn't be eaten because if the food allergies, he was rude, I'm the one that's wrong, it's my fault food is inedible. Mgm used to be good, it now sucks. I could have been understanding ig it was an honest mistake and if they would have acknowledged it and apologized. None of that happened. MGM will not get another penny from us. No wonder they only currently have 3 stars after today they don't deserve 1 star. Do better, hire people who aren't rude and gave people skills.

Food is subpar and the prices are crazy high. I ordered carne asada nachos and the picture on the menu had cheese, meat, pico de gallo, sour cream guacamole, and beans. What I got was missing guacamole and pico de gallo and when I asked they said that's how the order comes. I felt that that's false advertising. Don't recommend this place.

Been coming here for years. This restaurant is under new ownership and it shows in the best ways. Still small and family owned but the cleanliness has stepped up. The quality of the food and customer service is also improving tremendously. Their burgers and shakes are the bomb and I love that you can customize your order and they won't look at you funny no matter how "uncommon" your request is. They're also updating their menu and adding new items which is cool after so many years of the same offerings. You get a lot of value for the price. Large portions. Will keep coming here and supporting a local small and family owned restaurant vs. any other typical fast food joint.

Six workers in the kitchen and it takes them for ever to answer the phone call. Then after I placed my order they say it'll take ten minutes for my order to be ready. I've decided to give them ten more min instead of the 10 min they've mention. I get there, zucchini's are not even in the fryer. 3 min later they gave me under cooked zucchini. Come' on cooks, do your job right!Your prices are quiet high for the type of food you're selling me. Sorry, I'm not sorry for being a Karen.

This was my favorite local spot ever. So sad to be writing this review. Ordered food from here for my entire family and while my finance was eating his burger ... he found a HAIR in his food ! We were both absolutely disgusted we couldn't finish our food. We immediately called and spoke to Melissa on the phone. She offered to remake the food the same day or give us credit for another day which we appreciated. Once again this was our favorite spot and I am so sad for this to happen.
